And then you grab yourself a mixing bowl and a block of cream cheese. Add half of that block of cream cheese to the bowl. Two tablespoons of sugar and a half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. And then you grab that new cordless mixer that you just bought. And you beat this until its velvety smooth. And then pop those beaters off and well you know what to do with those. And then grab all those strawberries and dump them all in. I said all of the strawberries. There. Thank you. And then just start folding them into this mixture gently folding. You know how to do that. Right? Uh once you have that go ahead and get the way. Get that little bowl back and add a teaspoon of sugar and a half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix those together and just shove it aside. For later youll see. Then grab yourself a hot pan. Drop a tablespoon of butter on that. Grab a flour tortilla and start spreading your mixture onto it while the butter melts. When you think you have enough of the mixture on there. You should stop. I didnt. I kept going. Grab another tortilla. Put it on top of that and then just drop it in that hot butter until that bottom side gets crispy and golden brown like this. Then flip it over. Hit it with some of that cinnamon and sugar and then wait for the other side to get crispy golden brown just like that one did. And then once thats the case go ahead and take it off. Flip it over on a plate. Hit that side with some cinnamon sugar. Get your pan out of the way. Grab yourself a pizza cutter and just start cutting this thing. Look at that. Grab yourself a piece. Yay. Look at that. Damn that looks good. Lets try it. Strawberry cheesecake quesadilla. I saw it online and had to try it. Just sounded so weird and wonderful. Now because I have a beard I should probably wait for it to cool down before I take a bite. But Im also impatient. So here it goes. As Im sure you guessed, its delicious. Cream cheese, sugar, strawberries in a cinnamon and sugar crusted tortilla. Yeah. Its delicious. Uh a little bit messy. I am going to warn you. So Im not going to take another bite until you look the other way. Are you looking the other way? I have no idea if its in my beard right now because I cant see myself. Only you can see me.
