I love making different food from different nationalities and I just love Lebanese food. This was my first attempt at making baked Kibbeh and of course I added my twist caramelised onions. Much of her studies have focused on how nonhuman animal abuse and exploitation exists within the same system of oppression that harms our fellow humans. I spent an incredible six+ years teaching FlyBarre @flywheelsports and it was the most transformative time of my life. There are too many pictures, too many memories and too many words to share to try to express how much I love and respect the FLYFAM: the humans, staff, instructors and clients, who made it such a special place. Abandonar quince años de trabajo en el mundo de la publicidad y abandonar Madrid por el campo asturiano fueron los pasos obligados para emprender un proyecto que atravesó dos años de vicisitudes hasta dar con un hotelito con encanto prometedor. El inmueble elegido fue una casona de más de un siglo de antigüedad a la que hubo que sacar de la ruina. La casa se adecentó hasta recobrar su aliento y a ésta se la añadió un módulo anexo destinado a albergar las zonas comunes: biblioteca, cibercorner, bar, comedor y chimenea. Un enorme ventanal panorámico se orienta al Cantábrico frente a los prados y al jardín de 1.800 metros cuadrados. Acorde al paralelepípedo de nueva obra, sus interiores se definen por una decoración que combina la personalidad de unos muros rugosos y una iluminación cálida con el impulso de los nuevos materiales y las superficies más pulidas de maderas y aceros. I have attempted this twice and I prefer this recipe so this is the one I will be sharing! Unzählige Frauen haben Angst vor Krafttraining und schweren Gewichten, da sie die Befürchtung haben, innerhalb weniger Trainingseinheiten wie ein Mann auszusehen 🙆🏼♀️ ⠀ Doch bauen Frauen wirklich so schnell Muskulatur auf und wie äußert sich dies im äußeren Erscheinungsbild? 🤔 ⠀ 📝 Studien haben herausgefunden, dass Frauen trotz ihres niedrigen Testosteronspiegels genauso schnell Muskulatur aufbauen wie Männer. Auch bei den Kraftzuwächsen sieht es nicht anders aus. Allerdings möchten wir an dieser Stelle den Frauen unter Euch die Angst nehmen. Im direkten Vergleich zum Mann habt Ihr zwar einen gleich schnellen Muskelwachstum sowie Kraftanstieg, allerdings starten Männer mit deutlich mehr Muskelmasse und Kraft! ⠀ Was bedeutet das? ☝🏼 ⠀ 👉🏼 Das Muskelwachstum ist abhängig von der Ausgangslage der jeweiligen Person. Hier ein Beispiel: Wenn ein Mann von 80kg, bei gleichbleibendem Körperfettanteil, nach 2 Jahren 84kg wiegt, dann hat er in dieser Zeit höchstwahrscheinlich 4kg reine Muskelmasse aufbauen können. Eine Frau mit einem Gewicht von 50kg, bei gleichbleibendem Körperfettanteil, würde in Relation gesehen nach 2 Jahren Training 52,5kg wiegen und 2,5kg reine Muskelmasse aufbauen. ⠀ Aus den Angaben lässt sich schnell erschließen, dass die Angst vor einem urplötzlichen Muskelwachstum unbegründet ist. I started doing her 30 minute Zoom classes 3 months ago and Honestly my legs, arms (and abs to be honest) are in BETTER shape than when I was regularly going to a gym. I think the 30 minute - in and out is key. It means you can fit it in to your day. She does live classes monday, weds and fridays and I love them ( a mix of strength training with weights and bands and bit of cardio). If you are naturally someone who works at a faster pace, let’s call you Fire - you get things done quickly and efficiently with heat in your belly, and whatever you build will grow fast and big. You might have a huge Instagram following as you spread those flames of yours far and wide 🔥 If you are naturally someone who works a little slower, let’s call you Water (🙋🏼♀️) - you get things done, but at a gentler pace, and whatever you build will grow steadily and surely over time. You might have a smaller Instagram following as you eb and flow with your tides. 💦 (Sometimes you compare yourself to Fire and think you should be working faster, spreading wider, reaching more people than you are...) Truth is, neither way is the right way. Neither way is better or worse. Those who are Fire don’t necessarily impact more people in the world than those who are Water. If you try to be Fire when you’re Water, you’ll end up burning yourself out. No one benefits. Da ich seit 10 Jahren im Fitnessstudio trainiere, wusste ich zwar schon sehr viel. If you’ve been to visit us, you might have noticed a huge boulder high on the hillside above the ski road. This boulder is known as Clach Bharraig and is a glacier erratic. This monstrous boulder would once have been positioned high up in the northern corries. During the ice age it would have fallen onto a glacier and been transported down the mountainside. As the ice melted, it was deposited in its current resting spot where it has remained unmovable for the last 10,000 years! Der Klimawandel wird immer präsenter - es wird immer wichtiger, dass jeder Einzelne seinen Beitrag zu einem nachhaltigen Leben und zum Umweltschutz leistet. 🌎 Und jeder Einzelne kann etwas dazu beitragen: Es beginnt nämlich alles bereits beim Wohnen und beim Alltag in den eigenen vier Wänden. 🏠Die folgenden Tipps helfen dir bei einer nachhaltigen Alltagsgestaltung in deinem Zuhause: 1. Standby Modus aus 💻💡 Auch im Standby Modus verbrauchen elektronische Geräte Energie, meist sogar so viel als wären sie angeschaltet. Am besten gleich Steckerleisten mit Fußschalter installieren, damit alle Geräte auf einmal ausgeschalten werden können. 2. Stoßlüften statt Kippen 💨 Lieber zwei, dreimal am Tag für zehn Minuten komplett durchlüften und die Heizung ausstellen als ein Fenster länger auf Kipp stehen zu lassen. So kommt mehr Sauerstoff rein und es wird weniger Energie verbraucht. 3. Ökologisch putzen 🧼🧹 Chemische Inhaltsstoffe schaden den Schleimhäuten und sind auch schlecht für die Umwelt, wenn sie ins Abwasser gelangen. Besser ist es, auf biologisch abbaubare Reinigungsmittel zu setzen, die weniger Allergien auslösen und die Haut weniger reizen. 4. Zu Ökostrom wechseln 🔌 Grüner Strom ist zum Einen natürlich besser für die Umwelt und auf der anderen Seite auch oft günstiger. Hast du noch weitere Tipps für uns? With some of the lockdown measures soon to be relaxed here in Australia, some of our parks are also opening back up as well. I, for one, cant wait to get back out for some big adventures, but if you are going outside, please dont be a moron. ⠀ ⠀ We are on the right end of the curve at the moment, but that doesnt mean you can disregard social distancing guidelines. Even more so, tone it down and take it easy. Now is not the time to push — especially if youre a bit rusty — and get hurt or have to call in a rescue. Trizepsdrücken am Kabelturm 😛 Welchen Nutzen und welche Vorteile bringt dir diese Übung ? 1. Viele Leute sind sich nicht bewusst, dass man durch das regelmäßige Trizeps-Training auch die hinteren Schultern und den Rücken stärkt.💪🏼 2. Trizepsdrücken stärkt ebenfalls die gesamte Armmuskulatur. 🥵 3. Es ist eine Isolationsünung, bei der man den Trizeps gezielt und fast unabhängig von anderen Muskeln trainieren kann. 🤙🏼 Anbei findet ihr wieder ein kurzes Trainingsvideo. Jedoch ist der Griff nur ein Vorschlag, da diese Übung auch mit dem Seil (Bild 1) ausgeführt werden kann. This is a picture of two completely different people. The one on the left thought all carbs were bad, never took rest days because it would slow her progress, and if she indulged in a cheat meal that meant running 2-3 extra miles that day to burn it off. The girl on the right eats carbs as fuel, takes rest days to be that much better tomorrow, and lovessss ice cream 🍦 There’s a lot of things I know now that I wish I could tell the girl on the left, BUT I think I needed to overcome those mental struggles to be at where I am now. #motivation das linke Bild wurde mir hier vor wenigen Tagen als Erinnerung angezeigt. Und egal wie oft ich schon solche Transformationsbilder geteilt habe, ich bin immer wieder stolz darauf, dass sich so viel getan hat. Und dabei rede ich nicht unbedingt vom körperlichen Zustand 🙏🏼 __ Ich erinnere mich noch genau an tägliche Gedankengänge wie „mist, fast hast du deine täglichen 1600 Kalorien gegessen, zum Abend gibt’s heut nur noch rohes Gemüse“ oder „wie gleiche ich das Abendessen bei meiner Familie aus? Ich esse bis mittags einfach nichts“. __ Solche Gedanken sollte wirklich niemand auf die leichte Schulter nehmen, denn DAS ist der Anfang einer Essstörung ✋🏼 DAS ist der Anfang in ein extrem zwanghaftes Essverhalten, ohne jegliche Spontanität 🚫 Und genau DAS lass ich mir nie nie wieder nehmen.‼️ __ Denn genau die Abende in Gesellschaft sind mehr als Goldwert. Die Abende, an denen ich jeden Happen genießen kann, sei es nun Omas Kuchen oder einfach mal ein Döner. Auch denke ich zu gern an die viel zu langen Nächte mit meinen Mädels zurück 🍷 __ Wenn es sich ergibt & die Lust da ist, wieso stehen wir uns selbst im Weg? Also: solltest du mal wieder in einer Situation stecken, in der du gern etwas erleben würdest oder irgendwo eingeladen bist, dann genieß die Zeit in der Gesellschaft und denke nicht immer wieder daran, ob dich diese eine Mahlzeit dick machen wird.
