The three women pictured above are the reason I ran a year ago, and they are the reason I vote the way I do today. I believe that women in business and politics write our policies, our legislation and our future by the very act of showing up and again when they do the work. Jonathan Zeray and Fujiwara Kunitaka fought a great fight and it was the fight of the night. Jonathan won the two first rounds and Kunitaka won the last three. Great battle back and forward but experience won this time. Fujiwara Kunitaka has 98 fights with 20 years fighting as a professionell. Jonathan with his 19 fights showed that he already belongs to the elit. We learned a great deal from this fight and I am very proud of Jonathan, I knew he wouldn’t have the energy he normally has, it was all heart. A 24h trip made us jetlagged and we couldn’t get sleep. But no sour faces, we learned alot and got to experience a new country. If you haven’t been in Japan I recommend you go there. Japanese people are the most respectful and kind people I have ever met and the food is fantastic. I want to thank our opponent Fujiwara Kunitaka for the fight, his coach and promotor Mr. Ogawa. The promotor showed amazing hospitality before and after the fight. I want to thank Toshi Naka for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Osu! Yesterday I decided to go peacefully protest for the #blacklivesmatter movement.Being born in Trinidad then growing up here in the UK which has always been predominately a white country,as a result of that I have experienced both racism &police brutality.From young I have seen and felt how the powers above like to oppress black people.My earliest memory of this goes back to as far as to primary school.Thankfully the UK has not been as blatant as America but nonetheless their hands are still not clean as they do it more subtly to which some might find that type of behaviour worst.Dont get me wrong things have slightly improved for black people here in the UK but we still got a long way to go.What happened in America with George Floyd was completely disgusting, totally uncalled for & another shocking reminder to all us black people that our lives is seen as disposable and at any given time we can be killed or prosecuted for simply being black. I’ve been reflecting on what I can do personally to ensure that I do my part to break the chains of the systematic racism that still exists in todays society.Ive decided that I am going to actively greet and encourage any black persons that I should come into contact with.I will actively/regularly seek information as to who my people were and where we came from. As well a conducting research on any other black person that achieved greatness (who they won’t teach you about in school)I will also break the chains of any ideologies that tries to divide us as black people. We are all one. Working on bettering myself. ✨ It took me some time to realize that no one else’s opinion matters but my OWN 👏🏻. No matter what you do, you will receive criticism and for that, you need to be confident and comfortable in who you are. I used to be the girl that cared SO much. But like why?! Why do we let others opinions affect us? I struggled with what I looked like, what to say, how to act because I was afraid of what others would think and honestly it was mentally draining. Wasn’t until I stopped caring what others thought and started caring what I thought about myself that I started to find more happiness and felt so much comfort from within. I realized two things: 1. Acceptance starts and ends within 2: I need to not let the opinions of others change how I feel about myself or persuade my decisions. This is MY life. Im still learning to grow into my skin. I’m starting to realize more of what I like, what I dislike and generally, who I am am striving to become. Every day, I grow more confident and self aware of the person I am becoming. I’m starting to do things for MYSELF to make MYSELF happy. (Side note): this just didn’t happen over night it took me awhile to get to this point. This account is helping me do that exact thing. Стоимость 25тр за месяц. Есть еще у меня разбор вкуса - по сути это личная коуч сессия, просто направленная на определение творческого наивысшего потенциала. #провкуспост - можно подробно почитать тут. Разбор - совершенно бешеная вещь, которая дает ответы даже самым заблудившимся. Идеально сочетается к групповым коучем по фото. Стоит 35тр за личную сессию. Иногда вы слышите про какую-то рабочую группу. Так вот, это не курс, это еженедельные созвоны группы людей (и чат). В этой группе есть разные люди, как опытные зарабатыватели на творчестве, так и работяги. Мы все друг другу помогаем зарабатывать нашим творчеством. Есть у меня определенные схемы как это можно делать, их мы и придерживаемся, а на созвонах решаем вопросы, которые появляются по ходу. Это то место, куда ты попадаешь и, если делаешь что тебе говорят, то начинаешь зарабатывать деньги, хорошие деньги. В карусели поделюсь немного результатами до/после. Пока статистики мало, только ввели для показательности роста, но не все отметились. Но даже сейчас цифры радуют очень сильно. Стоит это дело всего 12500 в месяц. И есть моя одержимость, которую я так долго не показывал миру. Это личный коучинг, который уже совсем никак не связан с фотографией, а прорабатывает именно личность. Его я даже не рекламирую, потому как у меня полно клиентов на него. Потому что реально работает, как магия. Результаты фантастические, даже в тех сферах, где казалось бы безнадега. It soon exploded, costing her an arm and her sight. That was ten years ago, and today Minga has not only overcome that incident but is actively working to protect others from meeting the same fate. With @minesadvisorygroup, the Angolan teen teaches classes on how to recognise, avoid and report threats like landmines and unexploded bombs. “MAG’s work in Angola is very important because it saves lives [and] given my history, I have an opportunity to pass on important messages.” And those messages matter. Angola has nearly 25,000 acres of contaminated land and 88,000 people living with a mine-inflicted disability. So when we went to buy cycles for us we realised that no one could actually explain about cycles in a detailed manner so I did my research on cycles and I found it quite intriguing. So from here the idea for Pedal Power arised. I have also done few advertisement Rummy Passion being the latest. Initially I started working as a sales guy in one of the cycle shops and later I partnered with them. I use to conduct rides in and around vasai we called the group pedalpower. What is pedalpower? Pedal power is the transfer of energy from a human source through the use of a foot pedal and crank system, in time the group gained popularity withing the cycling community . ...Then I opened Pedal Power and Pedal Power Cafe. Pedal Power cafe is the only cycle cafe in Maharashtra and in India there are only two more. One is the Velo cafe in Pondicherry and the other is Ciclo cafe in Chennai. I have sold cycles and explained their use as per purpose not only to customers who walked in the stores but athletes and also bollywood celebrities. I have helped the police department, by lending my personal carbonfire road bike to Mr Shankar Uthale, who became the first head constable to complete the Iron Man event in Malaysia. So whats Pedal Power cafe? Its a place that uplifts the cyclist community. It consists of a state of art cycle service center and dealer in higher imported cycles and  a continental cuisine restaurant which is based on a cyclist theme. We have also managed to create our community. I handle the cycle section and my wife Kshama handles the cafe section. I am a cycle enthusiast who enjoys riding anything with a handlebar such as ATVs, Jetski , Jetovator, bikes and cycles . Having come a long way, Team Pedal Power now focuses on nurturing new talent by organizing duathlons and cycling events. TIRI NWII (HAIR) Black hair has always been a form of storytelling, self expression, and connecting with one another. Allen Iverson’s braids, Dennis Rodman’s dyed hair, Stephon Marbury’s part, and Dominique Wilkins’ high top have all been hair styles that caught my attention growing up. When my older brothers learned how to cut hair, they’d give me the Jalen Rose cut. So whenever I went to anyone else to cut my hair I’d ask for player type cuts instead of the actual name of the cut. They’d look at me confused but would point me to a haircut chart or try to look up what I was talking about. So this photo set is my rendition of a haircut chart. Three months ago today, I spent my first night alone in my new house. It was one of the most difficult days that I can remember. I spent hours in the fetal position on my couch, weeping, grieving, feeling all the fears I’d been imagining for months. In the moments when I was able to calm my emotional outbreaks, I looked around my mostly unpacked, empty house and cycle back into sadness, anxiety, doubt. I remember a friend telling me, “you’re gonna need to sit in this pain, man—that’s the only way through—sit here and feel it, all of it.” 🙏🏼 What I didn’t know then was that harder days were ahead—days when I’d fall prey to believing the words of critics that I was selfish and weak, that I was spineless, that I was ruining my children’s lives, that I wasn’t “being a man,” that I was sick and misguided, that God was not with me. And too, that a day would come when I’d have to cut off communication with members of my own family. I sat in all of that pain, that sadness, that fear... 🙏🏼 And guess what? I’ve survived every hard day. In fact, I’ve even thrived on a couple of those days. I have no secret, no magic wisdom, no advice. Every step forward in this journey has hurt. Every step forward has been scary. Every step forward has been hard on somebody I love deeply. Every step forward has required grace, self care, empathy, and faith. 🙏🏼 But despite all of the difficult days or maybe because of them, I’m more present than I’ve been in years. I’m more comfortable in my skin than I have ever felt. I’m kinder, to myself and to everybody else. I’m not afraid of putting up boundaries and I’m no longer inclined to take other people’s boundaries personal. I have moments when I feel joy and freedom and hope. And there’s been at least 2 moments in the last 3 months when I swear I caught a glimpse of God... everything is not perfect, but everything is okay—some things are more than okay. 🙏🏼 I know hard days are still ahead. But I also know that fear lies, that I can do really difficult things and be okay, that I do not owe one damn thing to my critics no matter who they are, and that nothing and/or nobody can separate me from God’s love and God’s acceptance. - @matthewpaulturner on Instagram

In June, two people—a 38-year-old mountain climber from Colorado and a 19-year-old on a gap year from around Boston—became the first two folks to finish the Appalachian Trail this year, climbing the closed Mount Katahdin (in one case) under cover of dark. They walked 2,200 miles over 14 states, breaking federal, state, and local trespassing laws along the way, and lying to or running from cops and park rangers several times. For Outside, I interviewed them and wrote about the white male privilege of hiking the Appalachian Trail, especially during a pandemic and amid the fight for long-overdue racial justice. In the last few weeks, people have been pouring through our little town again, heading north on the Trail, as if the pandemic or protests are over.
