HYDRATION IS KEY! . . . I know this step into a healthy lifestyle is obvious, but a lot of people disregard it. In fact, I was one of those people when I was first trying to change the way that I ate and started to workout more. It took me a little while to realize that I would be a lot healthier both mentally and physically if I made drinking a healthy amount of water each day a major part of this new lifestyle. So, I always make sure to carry a water bottle with me. Hydrating yourself before, during, and after your workouts is so vital if you want to see changes and make this shift in your life and smooth as possible. I refill the water in this picture at least 3 times a day and have glass of water during dinner and before bed. During my workouts and in the morning I like to have lemon water for a little flavor 🍋! I saw this meme the other day about how water fixes everything. It definitely doesn’t , but it sure helps!
