Spent last Saturday after our takeout going over these gems. For as long as we can remember, our dinner table was always a visual spread growing up. And the heart and soul of our gatherings. Like most families.. food was what brought us together. (I’m sure our fam in the east coast @lioncitytoronto can attest to that too 😜). We grew up with an open door policy.. and everyone and anyone was always welcomed. The second 12 of 28 epic landscape photos taken on 3 helicopter charter flights with @thehelicopterline in Queenstown NZ. They have been helpful above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Brad and Scotty for welcoming Karen and I into the Helicopter Line family. Most of these photos were taken from the Helicopter and made possible by the piloting of Scotty. Without his help and experience these photos would not exist. All photos were shot with a Canon 5D MKIV on the first flight and a Canon R5 on last 2 flights. I will post a link in October showing where you can get fine prints of these and other photos. The product was made possible by the Amsterdam Art Fund (AFK). Everything is produced locally. Poster 4 color Riso print by Kaboem. Printing of the puzzle by Repro’s Amsterdam. Lasercutting of the puzzle by CRE8. During the ‘intelligent lockdown’ (COVID-19, 2020) Zindzi decided to step outdoors daily, alone, with her camera. She wanted to capture the silent city in which she lives, Amsterdam. In the way that photography offered her comfort during lockdown, she hopes that this publication, will offer you comfort as well. Once you have completed the puzzle you can frame it and put it up on the wall. This way the puzzle becomes a tangible souvenir of a remarkable and unsettling time.
