Sverd av bronse frå Sverd. S6660- Eia, Sokndal. S7425a- Jåsund, Sola. S1022- Hodne, Klepp. S3967a- Gruda, Klepp. S2969- Høyland, Hå. S3817- Vanvik Indre, Suldal. Bronze sword from Sword. S6660- Eia, Sokndal. S7425a- Jåsund, Sola. S1022- Hodne, Klepp. S3967a- Gruda, Klepp. S2969- Høyland, Hå. S3817- Vanvik Indre, Suldal. The development of weapons can be seen in the development of past societies. Beautiful swords cast of bronze with beautiful details testify to a non-peaceful time. The swords are imported and are a further development of the long knives, the daggers. In Europe, and Norway, traces of mass graves from the Bronze Age have been found, what kind of society really existed in the Bronze Age? This is a piece of the Transatlantic telegraph table. The advent of wireless communication and Morse code in the early 1900s was a game changer for maritime communications. While the telegraph was replaced with the telephone Morse code stayed in use until the latter part of the 20th century. Find out why on the blog; https://vanmaritime.com/2020/09/09/why-morse-code-endured-after-the-demise-of-the-telegraph/ #morse #morsecode #virtualvmm #museumfromhome #maritimehistory #communications - @vanmaritime on Instagram

#Chierici200 #Paletnologia #Archeologia #museicivicire - @museicivicire on Instagram
