Not seen this brand before.... after my first sip of broth I thought it was TOO fishy, but then the chilli kicks in & the flavours started to harmonise. However the more I slurped, I noticed the lime citrus flavour became dominant & just a little too tangy for me! It would be different if I was eating a plate of zesty shrimps but in my noodle broth it was a little much for my palate. There’s no doubt the flavours are POWERFUL with this one. I enjoyed them & I love these Noods but I feel that level of zest would work better in a creamy Tom Yum, so based on that I won’t be getting these again.
