My fitness goals mostly end up in being slightly above average at most things. This was my mile after lifting the other day. I think this should be under 6:30..but if I’d run a 6:15 maybe I would have said sub 6 was the goal. Hard to say...being a firm generalist means that there aren’t firm numbers.
