This is my BABY! Anyone that really knows me (La Tanya Kenee’) knows my niece Mariyah Kenee’. I screamed at the top of my lungs and cried like a baby today because she graduated from high school. For most people, that’s a simple task - but for her she had more obstacles than a kid should endure and still pushed through. As we walked into the Pasadena Convention Center, smooth Jazz was playing and I immediately felt my dads presence. The one thing that he wanted was to make sure his first grand baby graduated high school - and she did. He’d be soooo proud of her today!
