1. RCF startet mit Kleinbooten in die neue Rudersaison 🚣🏽♀️ . Den Corona Lockdown hatte der 1. Ruderclub Forggensee erfolgreich dazu genutzt, das Bootshaus, sowie die ca. 30 Boote, unter Beachtung strengster Auflagen, wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen. 💪🏼 So wurden sogar einige Boote bei manchen Mitgliedern im Keller oder der Garage renoviert. Ende Mai konnten die eingetragenen Vereinsmitglieder dann endlich wieder die Ruder in die Hand nehmen. 🚣🏽♀️Zunächst jeder nur im Einer (sog. Skiff). Mitglieder, die bisher nur in Mannschaftsbooten unterwegs waren, konnten sich mittels gut organisierten Einzeltrainerstunden, mit Kleinbooten vertraut machen. Mitte Juni erweiterten sich schließlich die Lockerungen auf 2er- Boote, so dass der Verein endgültig unter Beachtung der aktuellen Vorschriften erfolgreich in die neue Saison starten konnte. . Ein Schnupperkurs für Ruderinteressierte ist ebenfalls bereits wieder in Planung. Na manhã desta sexta-feira, 18, a Polícia Militar Ambiental - PMA de Laguna, com apoio de policiais do 1º Batalhão de Polícia Militar Ambiental, sediado na Capital, realizou fiscalização no complexo Lagunar Sul de Santa Catarina para combater a pesca ilegal do camarão em período de defeso. Ao todo foram empregados 20 policiais, 05 viaturas e 06 embarcações, na continuação da Operação Defeso do Camarão 2020, sendo que no dia de hoje resultou na apreensão de 142 redes, tipo aviãozinho, nas Lagoas de Imaruí e Mirim. De acordo com a Instrução Normativa n. 21 de 2009, o período de defeso no Complexo Lagunar se estenderá até o dia 15 de novembro, sendo que os petrechos destinados a captura do camarão rosa devem ser retirados dos pontos de pesca durante este período. Aqueles que descumprem estas determinações estão sujeitos a multas administrativas e penas restritivas de liberdade, previstas respectivamente no Decreto n. 6514/08 e na Lei n. 9605/98. What another great finish for Jacob and Collin today in the Student Angler Federation Tournament(TBF State championship). They had 15.04 lbs just 7 ounces shy of a win. they finished in the top 4 which qualifies them for the TBF National championship in Wisconsin in June. What a great way to start winding down their senior year. They have the SCDNR state championship at the end of March and then we have our PBC championship in mid April. Congratulations to both of these fine young men that are both headed to Erskine next year. We had 2 other teams that fished which were Anna and Elizabeth who had 5lb 11ounces and Luke and Kaleb had 4lb 13 ounces. It was a COLD start at 27 degrees this morning and we had an hour fog delay. Again great job to all 3 teams that represented us today! Unable to breathe while choking on a lunchtime wrap, Mike Russell remembers the scary feeling as he sat strapped into his wheelchair waiting for help. 🔒 Russell, 59, is a quadriplegic man who is paralyzed from the waist down and has very limited function below the neck. He requires around-the-clock care at Monarch House in west Windsor, run by Assisted Living of Southwestern Ontario. His acquired brain injury stems from a drug overdose in his 20s, which has led to these lifelong consequences. 🔒 At around 11:30 a.m. on July 9, a male nurse from Windsor Regional Hospital happened to be near Russell as he began choking.
