- After 4 months and 26~lbs lost I had a 2 month ‘break’ where I logged and tried to keep my weekly calories in maintenance range. During this time I lost 2lbs more and this week I’ve ‘restarted’ my weight loss. I’ve still have 25lbs to go but I’m doing ok.
