-Le Trail des 👑Rois👑 Maudits- - Une nuit blanche, un départ en trombe où j’ai voulu suivre le peloton de tête, au bout de 10k j’ai lâché l’affaire pour éviter de finir en 🍿🍿, des montées à casser les jambes, des descentes où je me suis régalé à mettre des bastos 🔥🔥sous la pluie et sous le vent. J’ai perdu pas mal de place en trainant un peu mais comme me le disait un autre traileur la course se joue à partir des 10 derniers km et c’est là où va commencé à s’amuser... mouais bof 😂😂 Allez je ne réfléchis plus je fais le vide et hop je repars de plus belles pour finir au moins dans le top 100 🔥🔥 Une fin avec des côtes où j’en avais marre et je voyais les mecs qui s’arrêtaient en pls avec des crampes... pas question que je m’arrête, sur la dernière montée je profite que les autres traileurs sont fatigués pour grappiller des places. Je finis cette course en 3h41 et je me Place à la 78ème place sur 433. - Je ne le dis pas assez mais depuis que je fais partie des @asicsfrontrunner j’ai pu voir mes progrès, on arrive a se booster et se motiver même sans se voir et s’entraîner tous ensemble. Avoir un coach comme @jimmy_sport_fit qui m’a appris à ne pas finir #capotouvert me permet de sortir de ma zone de confort et tenir mes objectifs. Et @latiatiasg qui me suit dans tout mes délires fou fou 😂 et qui me soutient a fond❤️❤️. 28. 7. 2020 - Sněžka ❤️ Tak jako převážná většina lidí, i my jsme byli nuceni zrušit naši letní dovolenou u moře a najít si místo, kde ji strávíme.. Náš první plán bylo, pronajmout si nějakou menší dřevěnici na horách 🏡 To bohužel neklaplo, v době, kdy jsme hledali, byly dostupné už jen velké chaty, pro nás zcela zbytečné... Po různých pokusech a hledáních jsme našli skvělý apartmán v Peci pod Sněžkou, kde jsme celých 5 dní hospodařili 😍 Vzhledem k umístění apartmánu jsme se rozhodli na Sněžku vyrazit pěšky rovnou z místa ubytování.. V době, kdy jsme byli v Krkonoších se ve velkém řešil přetlak návštěvníků na Sněžce, a také proto jsme se rozhodli, že si zahrajeme na ranní ptáčata a vyrazíme brzy! 🌅🕖 Naše trasa tedy začínala ve Velké Úpě - vyšlápli jsme si to po žluté TZ 🟡 kolem Žlebského potoka až po rozcestí Nad Portášovými boudami.. Toto počáteční stoupání byl po ránu docela záhul 😴🥵, ale musím říct, že nic horšího už nás asi nečekalo! Nad Portášovými boudami jsme pomalu začínali potkávat první turisty, ale nic strašného, asi tak 3-4 skupinky 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♂️🚶🏻. Dali jsme si snídani 🍔🌭🥓🥩 a fičeli jsme vzhůru ⬆️ dále po žluté na Růžohorky, Růžovou horu až po Růžovohorské sedlo. Od Růžohorek se už začínala zvyšovat koncentrace návštěvníků hor (někteří opravdu nebyli hodni označení slovem TURISTA) 🤯 Ale stále nic strašného.. I to je důvod, proč doporučujeme si přivstat a vyrazit na hory brzy! Po zmiňované 🟡 TZ jsme dorazili až na samotnou Sněžku! Už když jsme se přibližovali, přesvědčili jsme se o tom, že počasí zde je pekelně nevyzpytatelné.. Rozdíl teplot byl cca 15 stupňů 🥶 a vítr jde z 0 na 100 ❄️☃️💨 Proto jsme se zde moc nezdražovali a fičeli směrem dolů! Cestu zpět jsme si naplánovali přes Obří důl, tzn. ze Sněžky po červené 🔴 po trase Česko-polského přátelství (nebo nějak tak podobně se jmenuje 😂), od rozc. Jubilejní cesta už po 🔵 na Slezský dům a dále přes Obří důl dolů do Pece ☑️ Bylo to náročné, ale určitě to stálo za to! Krkonoše jsme si naprosto zamilovali a budeme se zde určitě vracet častěji 🖤🏔 - @cestohratky on Instagram

Napalm in the morning (9a) (Adlitzgräben) -Definitely an ascent that means a lot to me. After 12-15 days and roughly 30 tries I was finally able to clip the anchor yesterday. In the past I have been avoiding long term projects, trying to climb as many routes as quickly as possible... Nevertheless I always wanted to experience the process of perfecting a number of moves, trying to climb as efficiently as possible and witness the progress day by day on a challenging project. -About the route: originally Napalm was graded 8c+ and first ascented by @bernhardfiedler in 2003. After a part of an undercling-sidepull broke, 9a was suggested, since it made the crux-boulderproblem slightly harder. When you have to deal with the restoration of highly structurally compromised teeth, fiber selection and fiber lay down strategies are the foundation for the conservation of the weakened tooth structure. 1- what’s the ideal thickness of the polyethylene fiber? 2- what’s the best width of the fiber for the pulp chamber floor and for the coronal lateral walls? 3- what’s the correct length of the fibers for the different areas of the restoration? You gotta get the right size of the fiber to better adapt the fiber to the contour of both the cavity wall and the composite shell😊.
