Пляжный сезон начинается в мае, но до комфортной температуры +22°С морская вода нагревается только в июне. Июль и август — самые приятные месяцы для отдыха в Дивноморском. Днем жарко +30°С. К концу лета температура воды +24…+26°С. Бархатный сезон недолгий! В сентябре еще тепло, а в октябре среднемесячная температура днем +19°С. Congratulations to @cowabungard on his first round submission win at bellator London yesterday. Been working with Chris for the entire of his camp after a very difficult weight cut in his last fight and the subsequent loss, it was warming to him get the win yesterday and to feel first hand what its like to have a nutrition plan that is structured to the individual, a weight cut strategy that is tailored to you and to have someone on hand everyday to make the necessary tweaks and to generally be that hiding voice throughout. I received some scary test results last week showing extremely high levels of carcinogenic mycotoxins still in my body from toxic mold exposure from our home. The doctor said the levels of one of the mycotoxins in particular was among the highest he had ever seen, which unfortunately lines up because our home had some of the highest levels of that particular mold species that the inspection company had ever seen. My symptoms started to return a few weeks ago, including neuropathy, stomach pain, hair loss, and joint pain. I’ve already done two different detox protocols and am embarking on a third one, which will hopefully help clear this stuff out once and for all, but I’ve heard it can take a few years for some people to completely heal. Needless to say, this been a harrowing journey. When I got the results, I gave myself the space to cry and feel all the scary feels. Then I reminded myself just how strong and resilient my body truly is. Instead of fighting with my body, I am doing everything I can to honor and respect her. I’m on a gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free diet to help reduce inflammation, practicing breathwork, and moving my body daily (even if it’s only for 5 minutes). Una de felicidad con extra de congruencia. ⠀ Ser congruente cuesta. ⠀ Alcanzar esa relación lógica, esa coherencia entre pensamiento, palabras y actos es una tarea compleja, y aunque lo intente, no lo consigo siempre. ⠀ La mayoría de mis preocupaciones, malos ratos y ralladas varias del pasado sucedían por la existencia de multitud de incongruencias. ⠀ No siempre se trata de una incongruencia voluntaria. En muchas ocasiones hay algo que nos bloquea y nos facilita la no-acción de acuerdo a nuestros pensamientos y/o palabras previas, pero no por ello debemos de dejarlo pasar y no intentar, al menos, trabajar en ello con intención de superar dicho obstáculo. ⠀ Qué menos que reflexionar por el motivo de esa incongruencia. ⠀ Os pongo un ejemplo que me sucedió en su día: ⠀ Querer decirle algo a alguien y no hacerlo por miedo al rechazo. ⠀ Yo quería hablarlo, pero la falta de confianza en mí, las dudas y el miedo me superaron y el resultado fue no hacer lo que previamente me había dicho a mi mismo que haría. ⠀ ¿Qué sucede en este caso? ⠀ Que te estás engañando a ti mismo y eso hace daño, mucho daño. ⠀ Yo seguía dándole vueltas a lo que tenía que haber hablado pero no hice, y de nuevo, me decía a mi mismo que en la próxima ocasión que tuviera, lo haría. ⠀ Fue trabajar sobre ese miedo y aprender a gestionarlo lo que me permitió hacer lo que realmente quería y ver que la situación no era para tanto. ⠀ Estas son ahora cosas del pasado, en este último año he soltado mucho lastre y la autoestima y confianza han aumentado proporcionalmente. ⠀ Cada acto congruente sirve como agente que refuerza la próxima acción en coherencia con tus pensamientos. ⠀ Al fin y al cabo, ser congruente no es más que respetarse a uno mismo. ⠀ Cuida de ti e intenta ser buena persona [Chojin]. - @carlosruiznutricion on Instagram

СОРВАТЬСЯ ЗА ОДИН ДЕНЬ НА ОТДЫХ, это про меня👆🏻 Я очень легка на подъем и вообще за любой движ, да если и компания еще шикарная, так вообще супер. Летала я в Турцию, Сиде. Отель был заполнен на 30%. Людей мало. Питание отличное. Погода очень комфортная. С моей белой кожей я даже не сгорела, а наоборот приобрела бронзовый, красивый загар. По моему мнению, гораздо безопаснее полететь в Турцию, чем в Сочи или Крым...где толпы людей, не соблюдают ни дистанцию, ни масочных режим. В Турции с этим очень строго. Мы поехали погулять в город, везде стоит полиция, наблюдают за туристами, кто носит маски, кто нет. Если идёшь без маски и начинаешь спорить то вполне могут выписать штраф 800$. Дешевле будет просто идти в маске😂, чем тратить время на разбирательства и свои нервы. В отеле была идеальная чистота, весь персонал в масках. Все дезинфицируют. Вообщем отдых прошёл отлично. “It’s the little things that mean the most” I’ve herd that so many times in my life without really understanding wtf it meant. It’s the little things in every relationship that build animosity or appreciation. Younger me, he was just trying not to drowned in or step in my own mess most the time. Then little by little you grow up a little bit every year or you hope thats the case. Until I did “Tour For The Troops” I never understood the appeal of entering the service. Maybe because I was always thinking about my self to much to give a shit. At that point in my life, I probably wouldn’t have been completely honest with you or my self to truly know the answer to that question. I guaranteed would have feed you some BS no doubt about it. However I think with the “#Pandemic” giving up some of our liberty’s and little things we enjoy everyday we get a small taste of what it’s like to have curfew or not be able to eat at the places we have been so lucky to have at are fingertips. These “Troops” give that up and way more not seeing there family and friends to give us the liberty’s to have the freedom of choice. Some pay the ultimate price and the ones that make it out without there brothers/sisters seem to feel like they let someone down by making it out alive. I can’t even wrap my head around that or wish to ever feel what that is like. To all the people out there working for my family and community to have liberty 🗽 Thank you and this day can’t be easy for a lot of you. 📍Where in the world is Déja? 🌎✨ — Huacachina, Ica, Peru 🇵🇪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Interrupting my stream of hike posts to highlight a throwback adventure — sand boarding!! Huacachina is a small town in southwestern Peru (and when I say small, I mean small — it doesn’t even have an ATM!!). Huacachina is know for the oasis in the middle of the desert, but the main activity there is dune-buggying sandboarding. The dune-buggy was so fun and scary omg! I tried to video it, but the video just didn’t do the experience justice. It was like a rollercoaster frfr, I LOVED IT! and thennnnn we got to sand board, which was also scary at first. We did 5 or 6 different hills all FACE FIRST — talk about an adrenaline rush (swipe left to see video footage)! At the end of the tour, we all took shots of Peruvian wine while watching the sunset. Beware: while it’s gets into the 90s during the day, the temp dropped QUICK.
