In this time I achieved the following: -Strict and butterfly pull-ups -100 kg Dead Lift -3.5 Minute Plank with 15 kg for the first min. -15 k fast-paced run without stopping once - Bodyweight Clean, - Handstand walks - Strict Toes to bar And so much more. Not once did I judge my body. Because I knew, if I put in the effort and worked for fitness and performance and not for appearance, my body would reflect that, eventually.
