Amerykańska marka Nike postanowiła podkreślić nieoceniony wkład obywateli tej metropolii i wypuścić dedykowaną im wersję kultowych Air Force 1 Low nazwaną Manchester Bee. Buty charakteryzuje kilka unikalnych elementów. Bazę, czyli cholewkę, na której pracowali designerzy z Oregonu, skonstruowano przy użyciu jakościowej skóry nubukowej oraz licowej w bardzo stonowanym, przepięknym odcieniu. Kontrastującym brązem wykończono Swoosh, natomiast bielą podkreślono nylonowy język. Na butach nie zabrakło oczywiście motywu przewodniego, czyli pszczoły. Pracowitego owada wyhaftowano na zewnętrznej stronie pięty, a od wewnątrz wytłoczono wzór plastra miodu. Dodatkowym elementem jest metka na języku 1016 nawiązująca do telefonicznego kodu kierunkowego miasta. Dopełnieniem projektu są połyskujące, cienkie sznurówki oraz śnieżnobiała podeszwa z cementowo-szarym spodem. Buty w limitowanym nakładzie niebawem powinny trafić do sprzedaży. gravis×SSZ PocketTASSEL LOAFRS ラストチャンス来ました、リストックを10月4日に発売 前回のMIXグラビスは、若き自分が、青春真っしぐら、色々なコトやモノ、ヒトと出会い、経験した時代、90年代を象徴する言葉、MIXがテーマに作られた、ギミックとコミカルとボリュームが１つのカタチになった1足。ゴールドのチェーンのパーツなんかは、90年代、HIP HOP感とブート感が、ぶつかり合った感じをアフタースノーのシューズをルーツとしたグラビスで表現する。それは、重なり合う音を１つのトラックとしたような1足と言っていいのではないか…実は、あの頃、自分なんかも、スノーボードに、ハマっていた時があって、なにげに、大学の卒業旅行のハワイで、まさかのジェイミーリンさんを見かけて、着ていたジョニーロットンのTシャツにサインをしてもらった。しばらく、スチュダラパーのポスターの隣に掛けてたなぁ… そんな思い出話は、置いといて、 そんなMIXグラビスの第二弾が、実は、シレッと、宮下パーク、SSZの仮店舗で発売していた。 今回は、gravis×SSZ PocketTASSEL LOAFRS。 室内履きをルーツとしたローファーにより上品に見せようとタッセル、飾りを付けたたローファー。 これに、ただの、ただの、 飾りじゃないのよ涙は、ハッ、ハー…いや間違い、 飾りじゃないのよ、このローファー、タッセルはただの飾りではなく、その下に、パタパタを開くと隠しポケット出てくる。 ん、ん、ん…。シューズにポケットが付いている事が、偉いわけでも、、、なんなら、凄い、いいコトでもないのかもしれない。が、 シンプルが1番って、思う時は、俺だって腐るほど、かなり、思う。が、 たまに、たまに、よくわからない、無駄なようなモノが、凄く良く感じたり、なんか、良く感じるをだよなぁ、ファッションって、そこを、いって、かえって、またいって、振り返って、また、前に進んで行くようなコトのように感じたりするのは、自分だけかもですが。よくわからないが、いい時だってある。 また、わからないコトを書いてますが、 素敵なローファーのリストックが、まさかの、10月4日に、SSZの展開店舗で、発売する。申し訳ないが、既に発売したモノなので、サイズかけしてしまっている店舗もありますが、俗に言う、泣いても、笑っても、悲しんでも、喜んでも、今回で、手に入れ最後のチャンスになる。ルーズでテーパードされたパンツに、オールブラックで、ファットなボリュームのシューズは、合うにきまってる。 10月4日、タイミング合う方、是非、宜しくお願いします。 宜しくお願いします。 #gravis #ssz #2020年10月4日発売 #リストックの為店舗によっては、サイズ欠けしている場合があります申し訳ないですが宜しくお願い致します。 - @katoyasai on Instagram

My latest piece: Architect Groove (sold). I reworked a vintage 90’s forest jacket, by hand sewing multiple appliqués of crushed velvet and vintage silk I picked up in Thailand and Vietnam. The artwork is silkscreened plastisol ink on organic dyed cotton, and I sprinkled little details all over the piece. The garment is packable and has a removable hood. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This custom was ordered as a gift for a music producer, so I wanted to highlight the act of creating, building, constructing.
