Королевой осени - тыквой!🎃 Пришло время этой сладкой толстушки, а вместе с ней - ароматного и сытного крем-супа, согревающего после долгой осенней прогулки. Приготовим? Сохраняйте рецепт в закладки и бегом за рыжей пузатой мадам! И огромное спасибо Жене @evgenialevi за этот осенний антидепрессант🍁 ⠀ Что нам потребуется: ⠀ 🔸Тыква - 250 гр. 🔸Картофель - 1 шт. 🔸Лук-порей - 1 шт. 🔸Сливки - 30 мл. 🔸Бульон (куриный или овощной) - 200 мл. 🔸Сыр (пармезан или чеддер) - 30 гр. 🔸Сливочное масло 🔸Соль, перец ⠀ ⠀ Что делаем: ⠀ 1. Лук-порей режем на небольшие кружки, тыкву и картофель - на небольшие кусочки. 2. В сотейнике растапливаем сливочное масло, обжариваем в нем лук-порей до золотистого цвета, добавляем картофель и тыкву. 3. Заливаем все бульоном (можно и просто кипяченой водой), доводим до кипения, потом убавляем огонь и томим до тех пор, пока овощи не станут мягкими. 4. Погружным блендером пюрируем овощную массу, солим/перчим, затем снова возвращаем сотейник на плиту, вливаем сливки и даём закипеть. 5. Готовый суп разливаем по тарелкам/горшочкам. Посыпаем сыром (как вариант, его можно добавить в конце 4 пункта вместе со сливками. Попробуйте и так, и так). Можно украсить семечками тыквы и полить нерафинированным растительным маслом (тыквенное, грецкого ореха или просто подсолнечное) И, конечно, не забываем про хрустящие чесночные гренки!🤤 ⠀ Приятного аппетита!🤗 ⠀ PS. Add parsley, salt and pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, paprika, cayenne pepper, and juice from the clams. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 hours, adding wine a little at a time. About 10 minutes before serving, add clams, mussels, prawns, scallops, and cod. Turn the heat up slightly and stir. Die Karotten putzen, schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Den Stangensellerie waschen und ebenfalls in grobe Stücke schneiden. Nun das Gemüse mit den restlichen Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer geben und auf höchster Stufe ca. 2 min fein-cremig pürieren. На антивоспалительном протоколе они зачастую исключены, и если в ваших рекомендациях есть запрет на эти продукты, не используйте их – остроту блюду придаст имбирь. Лук можно заменить морковью (пассеровать так же, как лук). ⠀ Ингредиенты👇🏻 ⠀ ✅ Тыква – 600-700 гр. ✅ Креветки очищенные сырые крупные – 12-16 шт. ✅ Молоко кокосовое – 400 мл. ✅Масло кокосовое (для поджарки) ✅ Имбирь свежий корень – 4 см. ✅ Карри порошок – 0,5 ч. л. ✅ Можно по вкусу добавить тмин, кориандр, мускатный орех ✅ Кинза листья – для подачи блюда ⠀ ✅ Луковицы – 2 больших. ✅ Чеснока зубчики – 3 шт. ✅ Перец черный свежесмолотый. ⠀ Рецепт 💁🏼 ⠀ 1️⃣ Тыкву режем на кубики, выкладываем на противень. Кусочки можно сбрызнуть кокосовым маслом (растапливаем масло на водяной бане). Запекаем 20-25 мин. при 200º С (до мягкого состояния). ⠀ 2️⃣ Имбирь и чеснок мелко режем (или трем на терке). Лук режем на кусочки. ⠀ 3️⃣ Ставим на умеренный огонь кастрюлю с толстым дном, положив в нее кокосовое масло. Когда нагреется, обжариваем в масле лук до мягкого состояния. ⠀ 4️⃣ Добавляем половину смеси чеснока и имбиря и пассеруем еще 2 мин. ⠀ 5️⃣ Добавляем карри, перемешиваем. ⠀ 6️⃣ Заливаем 1 л. холодной воды и доводим до кипения. ⠀ 7️⃣ Добавляем уже запеченную тыкву и готовим 5-7 мин. ⠀ 8️⃣ В это время на сковороде разогреваем кокосовое масло и добавляем креветки, а также оставшуюся смесь чеснока и имбиря. 🍂 • pumpkin soup• 🍂 Nun ist er wirklich da, der Herbst. Um 20 Uhr ist es schon wieder dunkel und kalt 😕. Da braucht man dann wieder öfter eine wärmende Suppe. Wie wäre es mit dieser cremigen Kürbissuppe? Für zwei Portionen benötigst du: • 1 kleinen Hokkaido Kürbis • 1 Zwiebel • 4 cm frischen Ingwer • 1 Knoblauchzehe • ca. 600ml Gemüsebrühe • etwas Erdnussöl • Pfeffer, Salz, Muskatnuss, Paprika, Chili Den Kürbis abwaschen, Endstücke abschneiden, halbieren, entkernen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer ebenfalls schälen, klein schneiden und im Erdnussöl andünsten. Anschließend die Kürbisstücke dazu geben und kurz anbraten. Gemüsebrühe aufgießen und ca. 15-20 Min. leicht köcheln lassen. Alles fein pürieren und mit Pfeffer, Salz, Muskatnuss, Paprika und Chili abschmecken. Getoppt habe ich die Suppe noch mit Kürbiskernöl und Kürbiskernen.
