Давиду нравится школа. Идёт с удовольствием. Адаптируется ещё конечно. Днём чаще всего спит. Уроки делает сам, в 95% случаев без напоминания. Я не проверяю, но говорит что задают дорисовать то, что в классе не успели. Оценок как таковых нет, но есть штампики «отлично», «есть к чему стремиться». Те же оценки же 😅 да? Сентябрь им по 3 урока. Математика, письмо, чтение. Задания и в учебнике и в рабочих тетрадях. С этой недели начнётся физкультура и окружающий мир. На счёт учебников 📚 был огрооомный отклик. Но я пока не буду писать пост 🙈 собираю информацию, уточняю детали. Система не такая, как было заявлено, но вижу свои плюсы, помимо минуса 4000р. Дополнительные занятия в стадии записи, началась только информатика, бесплатно. Записались на продлёнку. Оставляла в пятницу, тк нужно было уехать. Не понравилось 🙈 друга не было. Но пользоваться этой опцией я все же планирую тк «отвёл - забрал - отвёл - забрал» это тяжело, и это только 1 ребёнок так. Такие новости к началу третьей учебной недели. Every friend or work colleague I’ve spoken to this week, myself included, is experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions together with their babes. And to all you beautiful mamas, I know you are mentally & emotionally drained AF. I just want you to know that you are seen. I know it can be easy to feel inadequate when you see highlight reels on Stories of beaming kids, serene play, creativity and imagination. Dieses Gefühl versucht ein Ziel eines jeden von uns zu erreichen: Sich so widerspruchslos wie möglich zu verhalten. Inwiefern widerspruchslos? Wir versuchen immer, unsere Einstellungen mit unserem Verhalten in Einklang zu bringen. Super simples Beispiel: du bist Raucher, weißt um die gesundheitlichen Folgen des Konsums und dir ist deine physische Gesundheit wichtig. Auf die Zigarette zu verzichten, möchtest du aber wiederum auch nicht. Dieses fiese Gefühl ist dann eine kognitive Dissonanz zwischen deiner Haltung und deiner Handlung, die zwickt und sich ätzend anfühlt. Gewissensbisse, sozusagen. Wie versuchen wir, diese Dissonanz zu lösen? Die Lösung lautet entweder Einstellungs- oder Verhaltensänderung. Bei der Einstellungsänderung versuchen wir oft, uns für unser Verhalten zu rechtfertigen. Sowohl vor anderen, als auch vor uns selbst. Und je öfter wir uns rechtfertigen, desto eher glauben wir es selbst. Einfach aus Selbstschutz und irgendwie eher als Verdrängung. Wir suchen nach Argumenten, die unsere ursprüngliche Absicht stützen, oder aber wir vermeiden und ignorieren Informationen, die gegen unsere Absicht sprechen. (In dem Fall wäre es das Rauchen und die entsprechenden Folgen.) Oder aber wir ändern eben unsere Einstellung authentisch zu einem bestimmten Thema. Je mehr Relevanz das Thema für uns hat und je mehr wir uns damit befassen, desto wahrscheinlich ist es, die eigene Einstellung dazu zu verändern. I had a wonderful oppurtonity to collabroate with another photographer this week and it was a freaking blast! We hiked up Bears Den in non-hiking shoes (chunky heels and flats), with our purses and camera gear. We both awkwardly dance and posed, with probably 20 people watching as we gasp and anxiously freaked out about being on the edge of a cliff, but we got some incredible contents! 15 years ago when I pictured myself in the future, I never could’ve imagined that I’d end up here. 👩👦👦 I never pictured myself divorced at 33 years old, starting over. A single mom trying to figure out how I was going to do it all. raise my two little boys and to be able to provide for them so they got the life that they deserve. 🏂 2019 was a year of pure hell. I felt everything I had ever known or believed in burn to ashes. 🔥 you know what the funny thing is though? By literally going through some of the darkest moments in my life, I was able to finally get to a place of peace. ❤️ I love the person I am now more than ever. I have talents and gifts I never knew I had. My heart has accepted my faults and weakness with a greater desire to learn and grow. 🌱 I guess why I am saying all of this, is for those who cry themselves to sleep every night feeling that all hope is lost, for those who are currently in hell and feel so alone and misunderstood. 🌪 I am here for you. To sit in the darkness with you, to hold your hand and cheer you on, to let you know that there truly is a light at the end of the tunnel. Heute um 2 Uhr früh kam unsere Kleine ins Schlafzimmer getappst, weckte mich auf, schaute mich total wütend an und sagte: Sie traut sich nicht den Teller Nudeln aus ihrem Zimmer in die Küche zu bringen! Ich verstand überhaupt nicht was sie meinte und fragt sie „Was für Nudeln???“ Sie wurde immer wütender und meinte „Der Teller Nudeln, der in meinem Zimmer, steht der soll weg!“ Inzwischen wachte Dominic vom Geschrei auf und ich fragte ihn ob er vielleicht wüsste von was sie spricht. Sie wiederholte sich immer und immer wieder. 🙈 Völlig schlaftrunken standen wir auf und folgten ihr ins Zimmer um den Teller zu suchen. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer meinte ich schon zu Dominic „da stimmt irgendwas nicht, ich glaube sie schlafwandelt“🙈 Als wir im Zimmer ankamen legte sie sich einfach still und leise wieder ins Bett und schlief innerhalb von Sekunden wieder ein. Wir gingen also völlig verdutzt wieder in unser Schlafzimmer und legten uns hin. Aber nur eine halbe Stunde später stand sie wieder an meiner Bettseite und murmelte schon wieder etwas vor sich hin. Diesmal haben wir sie nicht verstanden. Sie drehte sich um und ging einfach wieder in ihr Bett. Das war wirklich mega spooky und ich hab mir total Sorgen gemacht dass sie noch mal aufsteht und ich sie diesmal nicht höre, sie aber vielleicht die Balkontür öffnet oder es auch irgendwie hinbekommt die Haustür zu öffnen. Ich kam mir wie in nem schlechten Horrorfilm vor 😱 Habt ihr selbst schonmal Erfahrungen mit Schlafwandeln gemacht oder schlafwandelt ihr selber oder eure Kinder? Gerne könnt ihr auch eure Stories dazu mal hier niederschreiben! Das wäre wirklich richtig interessant. Note: This is just a post about my hair. I’m gunna make it seem way deeper, but it’s really just about hair. So as you guys know, I’m very NOT attached to my hair. I’ve buzzed it, grown it long, dyed it strange colors, contracted it over to a modeling agency who had free reign over it for for 6 months. Not attached. And then 2020 happened. I’ll spare the details, but this year has heightened my anxiety and beat up my brain and body to the point now... where my hair is falling out. Like... by the fistfuls everyday in the shower falling out. And for the first time, I’ve been VERY attached to it. I’ve been trying everything to just hang on to my freaking hair. To (please) not let it get to a point where people can see patches, or it’s volume is noticeably cut in half or to where I can’t braid it. So today, I decided to let go of it instead. Instead of having it dictate my stress, I cut it off. So maybe I’m trying to make this a 2020 metaphor or maybe I just want it all to be over faster, but I guess I’m making an active decision to REALLY let go of the things that are kicking the shit out of me this year. 🌙🌿 es ist echt interessant, wie gleich die meisten Menschen von außen wirken. Doch jeder Mensch hat eine Geschichte, in der es eine Familie gibt, einen Weg, den er bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt gegangen ist, mit Niederlagen und Erfolgen. Da läuft ein eigentlich trauriger Junge an dir vorbei, doch er lächelt. Dann läuft ein hübsches Mädchen an dir vorbei, doch es kämpft innerlich mit sich und Selbstzweifeln. Und dann ist da dieser graue, alte Mann mit seinem Gehstock. Er geht zufrieden seine tägliche Abendrunde. Keiner kann ahnen, dass er gegen Ende des Kriegs geboren wurde, seine Eltern früh verloren hat, sich um seine Geschwister kümmern musste, weil sonst keiner mehr da war, um für die Kinder zu sorgen. Und mittlerweile ist er stolzer Urgroßvater. Und die Frau, die grinsend mit einer Tafel Schokolade an der Kasse steht, hat gestern erfahren, dass sie schwanger ist, obwohl es hieß, dass sie niemals Kinder bekommen kann. Manchmal sitze ich da, beobachte die Leute, wie sie vorbei laufen. Dann frage ich mich, wo sie gerade herkommen, wo sie hingehen und wie wohl ihr Leben aussieht. Yet many of these I’ve been told. Instead... 💗Vulnerability is a blessing a gift a connection point. Being fully transparent honest open with someone can be even more intimate than getting naked with someone. Showing your fears, your scars, your tears, your dreams, the fullness of your youness is attractive and deepens all connections. Vulnerability is brave. Be brave. 💗Screw the highlights. It’s never real life 24/7. Rather a hodgepodge of segmented select moments. I’m going to show the reality always. It’s more important to be honest and authentic than to try and present one version or side of ourselves. 💗Oversharing doesn’t exist since yes we are in control of what we share how much how often and also who you consume. Anyone that tells you that you’re too much isn’t your people. Share as much of as little as you want. 💗In the midst of healing and coming out of trauma it can be human and also be that connection point and that beautiful tough emotional place breeds compassion and the “not alone” feeling. Know that someone always is experiencing, feeling or felt similar. There is beauty in the breakdowns. 💗The mess is the best part. In the rawness true emotions come forward and creativity juices flow. In a very different way than any other time. 💗Speak with kindness and understanding but never wait to speak your heart and mind. 💗Sometimes you will ruffle feathers. And that’s ok. We / I are never for everyone. Standing up for ourselves and our values is always good. 💗Even through broken trust, I’m glad to always trust and see the best in others. Gestern haben wir den Nationalfeiertag (Staatsgründung & Gedenktag ab König István I.; Heiligsprechung von István I. und seinem Sohn Imre 1083) hier in Ungarn 🇭🇺 mit etwas Sightseeing verbracht. Eigentlich war geplant, dass wir ein Weinfest besuchen und meinem Schwiegervater ein paar ungarische Weine 🍷 zeigen. Unser Ziel war Hévíz - jedoch war unser Aufenthalt nur von kurzer Dauer, da er einfach nicht unsere Welt 🌍 war 😅 Wie der ❤️Mann es so schön sagte „das ist hier wie in Düsseldorf auf der Kö“ 🤣🤣🤣 . Wir sind dann nach Keszthely gefahren und die Stadt ohne Hunde nochmal ganz anders gesehen 🥰 Wir waren letztes Jahr zum Beispiel nie am Keszthely-Zeichen und auch nicht am Festetics-Palast 🏰 und es war toll, alles mal in Ruhe als Tourist zu sehen. . Ich glaube, das gelingt einem auch wirklich nur, wenn man jemanden die Gegend zeigen möchte. Abi’20 🌸 Vor einfach 13 Jahren bin ich in die erste Klasse gekommen. Also war ich über mein halbes Leben in der Schule, die Struktur in den Alltag gebracht hat. Auf einmal ist man aber auf sich alleine gestellt, wird voll ins kalte Wasser geschmissen und muss ohne Vorwissen in der großen weiten Welt zurechtkommen. Klingt voll dramatisch irgendwie haha. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht mit knapp 4 Stunden schlaf geht’s heute zur Kinderferienfreizeit. Mal sehen ob ich halb einschlafe oder durch die aufgeweckten Kids fit bleibe🤓 Habt ihr Tipps für einen guten Schlaf? Bzw wie man gut einschlafen kann? Livet ger oss mer än vad vi kanske klarar av ibland. Perioder som är jobbigare än andra. Tider som är tuffare och svårare. Saker som man tränger bort för att kunna fortsätta vardagen. I ett års tid nu har jag (citerar min kloka vän @emmelypersson ) kämpat för att hålla huvudet ovanför vattenytan och nu börjar saker komma ikapp mig vilket gör att det inte längre går att göra det. Det har varit extremt turbulent sen september -19 och det har bara kommit mer och mer hela tiden. Saker som för andra kanske inte är så stort för att dom varit med om värre men som för mig och min familj är gigantiskt. Två av mina närmsta familjemedlemmar har farit väldigt illa och jag har vid vissa tillfällen trott att jag ska förlora dom. Det är jobbigt bara att skriva det, men jag kan knappt säga det för det blir så verkligt då. Båda två mår bra nu, Markus är den ena av dom. Jag minns alla händelser så himla tydligt fortfarande. När Markus ringde på FaceTime efter olyckan och det ända jag ser är att han har massa slangar på sig. Innan jag fick veta av läkaren vad som hänt så trodde jag att han skulle försvinna mitt framför ögon på mig i telefonen. Alla samtal om min andra familjemedlem, allt jag fick se och uppleva. Jag var jätte ledsen där och då, men det är först nu som jag ger mig själv möjligheten att försöka bearbeta allt. Det har varit mycket, både privat och på jobbet. Överallt har det varit något som inte gått våran väg. Det är en känslig period har jag märkt men det blir bra. Vi är glada och positiva allihopa! Ludvig är anledningen till att jag orkat hela tiden. Bene, non sono vostri Amici. Semplice. ⠀ Chiunque quando si espone su un social (visto che è uno spazio-virtuale pubblico) può essere sottoposto al giudizio altrui.⠀ Chiunque quando cammina per strada (visto che è uno spazio-reale pubblico può essere sottoposto al giudizio altrui (MARONN MA COME SI È VESTITA QUESTA OGGI?)⠀ ⠀ Sono due situazioni paragonabili? Forse si o forse no.⠀ La domanda è: smettereste di uscire di casa per timore di cosa possa pensare la gente di voi? Del vostro modo di porvi e parlare? Auch wenn ich riesengroßen Spaß am Fotografieren haben, kann ich schlecht Bilder von mir selber machen 🤷🏻♀️ Auch das habe ich aus der Not heraus schon versucht. Z.B. das letzte Bild habe ich nach dem Fußballtraining von meinem Sohn alleine gemacht. Habe das Handy auf einen Stein gelegt und den Selbstauslöser aktiviert 😁 Wie sagt man so schön: Not macht erfinderisch 😅 Heute hat sich mein mittlerer Sohn dazu bereiterklärt, ein paar Bilder von mir zu machen.
