I love seeing people’s journeys and watching them grow, I love seeing people become more and more successful, and I love watching someone get a PB. It motivates the hell of out me! . . Can anyone out there relate to this... . . . It’s the Monday after a weekend of not so healthy eat. Maybe you had a few too many cocktails, maybe even some late night Taco Bell. LOW BAR SQUATS 🏋🏼♀️ Two moves I rarely do: Conventional Deadlifts & Low Bar Squats. I have just started working with a powerlifting coach and these movements are both in my program so the transition is a work in progress. Transitioning from high bar olympic lifting style squats and from speed to more control is a challenge for me so I am thankful to have a coach who constantly provides me feedback on how to make my lifts better. ‼️Coaches NEED coaches too‼️ The low bar squat is used more in powerlifting as you can go a lot heavier so I will be trying to low-bar way more. today did not go as planned. I woke up and was supposed to go to work from 10am-6pm but when I walked out to my car it wouldn’t start. from there it went downhill. I had multiple car issues, didn’t make it to work, and even witnessed a big wreck that not going to lie scared me a lot— Thank God everyone was okay🙌🏼 . . If it’s an active rest day, I usually start my morning off with some @believesupplements believesupplements Superfoods+Greens to aid my digestive system throughout the day and get some veggies in 🥦🥬🥗 Thennnnn I sneak in some Energy+Burner (Sour gummy bear is wear it’s at🍭) to kickstart my metabolism and get a lil burst of energy with 150mg of caffeine! Leg Day!! ☆ Happy Tuesday my loves!! Did leg day today since I’m a little off schedule but in all honest it was one of the BEST WORKOUTS I ever had. ☆ I worked out in a hoodie today which let me tell ya.. the sweat was REAL🥵. Wasn’t feeling myself today for many reasons & needed that workout as a pick me up. Was in the gym for almost 3 hours.. but sometimes that’s what’s needed!
