My ego mind is still working through the programming of societies constructs that I “need to have ‘one’ thing I find interesting, do the typical school thing to educate myself on it, & then stick with it forever. Oh yeah & you have to figure it all out before or by the age of 25! Oh yeah, & don’t forget about the kids & family life you need to have in place or at least starting, too!” FUCK THAT SHIT. Fuck ALL of it. I’m doing what I choose to, at the time of my life I choose to do it because I AM a sovereign being. .... okay, well.. I’m not 100% set into that energy yet😂 but, I know deep down that’s what I believe to be true for me. • It’s a process, a confusing one at that, to redefine what makes sense for your life & your desires. We are told from birth what we should or shouldn’t be doing. By some means, it’s good because it helps guide us.. but in other ways, it’s suppressed our ability to FEEL into what we want out of life instead of what others want for us. So in the process of dismantling these outdated societal belief systems, it always comes down to remembering that I am an energetic being. I have a physical body yes, but I am not limited to doing or trying anything because... thanks to physics, they say that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, just transferred. & if I am innately energy then why shouldn’t I be allowed to be multifaceted & change the course of direction when I please?! I will not let society box me in or define how my life should take up space in this world. • I trust deeply that whatever makes me happy in this now moment, is exactly what I should be doing, & that I shouldn’t worry about anything else because it is being taken care of just by me being alignment. I trust deeply that when I do exactly what makes me happy & makes me feel alive, the Universe responds to me instantly by providing me/showing me the direction & things I need to implement to take me through that next phase of my interests. • In order to see those opportunities the Universe is providing, you have to really believe in what you’re doing has a purpose. Thank you to everyone who has reached out from near and far to check on us. I was EXTREMELY fortunate. Despite Laura blowing rain through the tiniest cracks into my home and distillery and blowing some of my shingles and vents off, I feel extremely lucky. Same for my truck...got a few new whammies in the side but it runs and drives. Please pray for everyone that is living through this nightmare. It’s going to be a looooong time before things resemble anything normal. For those that have returned home, PLEASE be more careful than you think you should be. And you should use extreme caution driving around. If you come to ANY INTERSECTION, SLOW DOWN AND STOP. I was almost hit several times by people blowing through 4 way stops, etc. And another genius flew by me going 50+ WHILE I WAS CAREFULLY DRIVING UNDER A DOWN POWER LINE. Luckily, the line skipped off the top of the car but it could have easily caught them and then hit me. People can’t be replaced. 📸 Magnifique couché de soleil sur le retour de la route des forts. 📍 Petite anecdote, pour voir ce magnifique couché de soleil nous nous sommes arrêtés sur le bord dune route et on a voulu avancer en voiture sur le sable 😅. Résultat la voiture sest embourbée dans le sable et nous avons réussit à la dégager au bout de 2h grâce à l aide des emiraties qui ont plus lhabitude que nous petits parisiens de ce genre de situation 😂. Sometimes you dont realise how much emotional damage has been done until you really start to shine the light on yourself. I thought I had worked through some of my core issues however I now know that there is still deeper and further to go. Has this ever happened to you?? It may not be just one moment that has created this within you, maybe you are still re-living the trauma in your sub-conscious mind and you dont realise until something happens and you find yourself triggered because of it. Lately I have constantly been triggered with my need for stability. I am aware that it is a basic need to feel safe and secure however the fear of not having those things stops me from ever trying in the first place. Well unless I have a foolproof plan of never failing 😅 If only, right!? I hate the feeling of the unknown because that makes me fear I could fall and be put back into a world of chaos. I didnt like living like that. I didnt like worrying about money, I didnt like putting everyone elses needs above my own, I didnt like living in my own emotional loop of devastation, drama and victimhood. I am trying to unlearn the conditionings that have been put on me and step into the beautiful essence I know Alanna can be. It isnt always easy and it usually involves a lot of tears and frustrations but it also holds these pure moments of freedom and awareness.
