Imagine that someone is following you around all day saying these things. Would you let them? SO WHY THE HELL ARE YOU ALLOWING YOURSELF TO BULLY YOU 24/7? Self-sabotage is real. The reason we dont accomplish goals, the reason we have high stress and anxiety is because we can’t control our thoughts, we are constantly reacting to them. A good example is: “I look so fat today, ah well diet is ruined, ill just have the rest of the chocolate and start tomorrow” Lets break that down: “I look fat today’ - THOUGHT It’s all ruined - IRRATIONAL BRAIN “I’ll just eat the rest of the chocolate and start again tomorrow” - REACTION The whole day you are reacting to the bully in your brain which is YOU! It is so important to work on the relationship you have with yourself! You HAVE TO be your own best friend. If you have goals you want to achieve you have to be your own cheerleader, it’s the only way to avoid self sabotage and disappointment. Stop looking at new generic diets for the answer. The answer is investing into yourself so you can achieve your goals. One thing I love teaching is the monkey mind and how our animal brain can hijack our human brain. Being MENTALLY STRONG does not pushing yourself past exhaustion on a 1200 calorie diet. No no sister, being mentally strong is knowing how to have thoughts and not reacting to them. Met deze bevindingen ga je verder met een training op Otto waarbij je meer het rijtechnische gedeelte meepakt. A POSTIVE STORY FOR YOUR THURSDAY! After being at Golisano Childrens Hospital of Southwest Florida for 678 days, Ryder is going home! For Ryder, Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida is the only home that he has ever known. Over the last 678 days, Ryder has won over the hearts of the doctors, nurses and staff who have cared for him over his long journey, but today he is finally going home. When Ryder’s mom, Amanda White, was 15 weeks pregnant, she was diagnosed with preeclampsia. By her 20-week appointment, her baby boy had begun to show a decline in growth, and he was measured as a 16 week old fetus. For the next few weeks, the news of Ryder’s health continued to decline. At 22 weeks, Amanda’s placenta had detached, and she was told the devastating news that every expectant parent fears, if she were to go into labor now, Ryder would not survive. When Ryder’s heart rate dropped dangerously low at 26 weeks, Amanda was rushed into an emergency c-section, and Ryder was born on Nov. 20, 2018 weighing only 1 pound, 9 ounces. From that moment on, Ryder, his family and the doctors, nurses and staff at Golisano began to fight for his life. Ryder has survived a life-threatening MRSA infection, coma, blood transfusions, colostomy, undergoing CPR for six minutes and several surgeries during his two years of life. Every obstacle that he has had to face, he and his family’s resilience and determination for life has continued to keep him strong. The staff at Golisano and Ryder’s family have excitedly prepared for Ryder’s discharge on several occasions, however, he has never been able to be released. Today, Ryder will finally go to the home that has waited for him for nearly 700 days. Rachel Zane’s dressing is one of the main main reason I believed one can look stylish even in formal wear. Her dressing is so simple yet so elegant.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Day 1 - Monotone look in peach brown colour tone. She wears these tee like bodycon tops ( Do they have a particular name? Please let me know ) which looks so smart in a formal attire. I was hesitant initially to try this kinda top because I used to believe I am on a heavier weight side and this top won’t look good on me. But yes I got over it and totally loved it once I bought it. Vorige week zei een student tijdens mijn les: Ik houd er wel van als het lekker chaotisch is. Vanbinnen maakte mijn hart een vreugde sprongetje haha🤣. Want ik? Chaotisch? No way! In mijn werk ben ik alles behalve chaotisch😬. Ik sta bekend als #structuurjunkie en heb mijn zaakjes altijd goed voor elkaar. In een week tijd is dit totaal anders! Ik heb een mega shift gemaakt en ik weet precies wanneer dit is geweest👇🏻. Twee weken geleden stond ik namelijk voor het eerst weer voor de klas na een half jaar thuis te hebben gezeten vanwege corona. Het was best spannend maar ook leuk. Mijn les begon en ik drukte de studenten op het hart dat het meenes is dit jaar (Zijn tweedejaars) en er wordt wat van ze verwacht. De klas was muisstil. Aan natuurlijk overwicht geen gebrek. Alleen ik hoorde mezelf streng zijn. Niets mis mee maar mag ook wel beetje ontspannen zijn 😉 Twee dagen later stond ik voor eerstejaars studenten. Voor mijn doen, totaal onvoorbereid. Ik was zo bezig geweest met jaar 2 omdat ik daar coördinator van ben dat de stof voor de eerstejaars er een beetje bij ingeschoten was. Ik begon de les totaal ontspannen en het was mega leuk😇. Ik had nog nooit zon goede les gedraaid. Wauw🤩! Bij thuiskomst zei Rowdy tegen mij: Je was dus gewoon jezelf, zoals je thuis ook bent, chaotisch. Daar moest ik vreselijk om lachen en kon ik beamen🙏🏻. Did my EB swings change much since the 30th of May? Thanks to @nate_kg for tips on backwards EB swings (slide 1️⃣) and @thejumpropecoachchris for tips on forwards EB swings (slide 2️⃣). Sometimes its not just about continuously drilling the skill but rather about understanding the proper mechanics first. I didnt actually drill those swings much in the last 2 months. In fact, I didnt touch them AT ALL until about 2 weeks ago when I had to revisit backwards ones for @nate_kg Swings Combo #4. Sometimes one little tip from a coach can save you a lot of time, frustrations and whips so if you are struggling with a skill its worth reaching out for help from those smarter than you. My EB swings are still work in progress but it’s much easier working on them now than on what I was doing before. Work smart, not hard. Egal ob Steine im Weg stehen oder jemand hinter mir her rennt, selbst höhere Gewalten haben keine Chance... ☝️Denn über die Steine springe ich rüber, ich renne schneller als mein Verfolger und schaue vorausschauend, sodass höhere Gewalten keine Chance haben ... ☝️Das ist anstrengend, und ganz ehrlich, nach 7 Jahren gibt es immer noch viele Tage, da will ich aufgeben, da will ich zurück und kann nicht mehr... Es gibt sogar Phasen, da schaff ich es nicht stark zu sein, aber wisst ihr was ? Ich kehre immer wieder auf den richtigen Weg zurück und das ist das was zählt. 😁Es kennt eigentlich schon jeder meine Adipositas Komplexe und das schöne ist, ich kann selber darüber lachen und es ENDLICH entspannter nehmen 🙏 Ich möchte nicht sagen, dass mein Weg DER eine richtige weg ist, denn gesund bin ich wahrscheinlich für viele nicht, aber wisst ihr was für mich zählt? ☺️Ich bin lebensfähig, habe mein duales Studium alleine Bewältigt, und für das was mal war, dafür das ich Tod wäre, dafür lebe ich, arbeite und helfe anderen und kann sagen, dass ICH mit MEINEM Weg und Leben zufrieden bin und DAS IST DAS WAS ZÄHLT! 🥰Deshalb, scheißt auf die Meinung anderer 💩, DU SELBER weißt was in dir steckt, was für DICH gut ist und was DU WILLST! Mina kilon rasade för varje vecka som gick och mitt välmående ökade i rask takt. Jag har gått från 93 till 69 kg och efter 190 dagar gick jag i mål. Jag hade då tappat 24 kg. Den resan är värd allt! Jag kan nu konstatera att jag under en längre tid också hållit min målvikt, det är inte längre fråga om någon jojo-bantning. Målet har kommit för att stanna. Slutligen är mitt råd till alla därute, ni som kanske precis som jag kämpat med övervikt i många år, att ta sig an 66 day challenge. Du kommer inte att ångra dig den dagen du står vid mållinjen. Długo zastanawiałam się, czy to zdjęcie opublikować, bo wstyd jak wyglądałam przed. Ale... Moja waga na feriach w tym roku to wypadkowa wielu czynników, też w pewnym stopniu choroby, ale i wielu zaniedbań oraz braku troski o samą siebie. Efekt- widoczny na zdjęciu.🙈 Odpowiednia diagnoza, leki i opieka specjalisty to pierwszy etap mojej przemiany, który napędził mnie do tego, aby zawalczyć dalej o swój wygląd. Początkowy cel schudnąć, w kolejnych etapach wyzwania #fighterchallenge wymienił się na słowa zdrowsza i sprawniejsza. W połowie wyzwania sukcesy liczyłam już nie w kilogramach, a w możliwości wykonania kolejnych powtórzeń czy nowych ćwiczeń. Koniec wyzwania to pewna niewiadoma❓🤔Ale patrząc na to jaką drogę przebyłam i co osiągnęłam, już wiem, że mogę jeszcze więcej. 💪 Ps. ➡️ Früher vs. Heute TIER LIEBE . 🐱 Ich kann von mir behaupten, dass ich Tiere schon immer geliebt habe. Als Kind hatte ich bereits diverse Haustiere und habe auch da schon den Tierschutz unterstützt . 🤔 Was ich natürlich weder gewusst noch bedacht hatte, war, dass in unserer Gesellschaft geliebte Haustiere ganz anders gewertschätzt werden als sogenannte Nutztiere wie Schweine, Kühe und Hühner. Ganz zu schweigen von Tieren, die wir anziehen, wie Füchse, Schlangen und Co . ⚠️ Weil ich noch heute genau weiß, wie unwissend und gesellschaftlich angepasst ich damals war, erhebe ich auch heute noch immer nicht den Zeigefinger gegenüber Menschen, die nicht vegan leben . 👍 Mir liegt Aufklärung, Bewusstseinsschaffung, Beratung und Hilfestellung viel mehr am Herzen als Verurteilung derjenigen, die vielleicht einfach noch gar nicht an dem Punkt gekommen sind an dem ich schon lange bin. Deshalb nehme ich jede/n, der oder die easy an diesen Punkt angelangen möchte aber gerne an die Hand . 😊 Lass mal den Post auf dich wirken und überlege, ob es für dich logisch ist, dass wir Tiere so eingruppieren und für unsere Zwecke nutzen weil sich das irgendwer mal ausgedacht hat?! Und vor allem mit dem Hintergrund, dass wir wirklich auch ohne all die tierischen Produkte überlebensfähig wären (Nahrung, Kosmetik, Kleidung) . ❓ Was geht dir dabei durch den Kopf?
