Moving in to my final theater week as a professional. I don’t enjoy long posts but I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been a part of @cltballet and to have danced as long as I have. Задания по пластической анатомии в академии художеств, графит на бумаге, 2013/2014. Во время первых двух лет обучения в Академии Художеств большой объём времени я потратил на работу с анатомическими пособиями. Сразу хочу заметить, я не сторонник изучения анатомии в классическом понимании, считаю, что кол-во выученных мышц и косточек, а также то, как и где они прикрепляются и заканчиваются, никак положительно не может повлиять на качество рисунка или живописи и даже наоборот. На первом курсе я честно отрисовал все кости черепа: скуловую кость в различных поворотах, челюсть взрослого и пожилого человека, теменные и прочие кости- и так же честно могу сказать, что смысла в этом не вижу, и потерял даром много драгоценного времени, в том числе и на запоминание различного рода терминов и понятий. Ко второму курсу осознание бессмысленности этого процесса дошло до логичного максимума и интерес работать над анатомическими штудиями с таким же усердием пропал, можно сказать, что как положительному студенту пришлось ташить свои обязанности до финиша. В следующей публикации я покажу материалы, которые считаю по собственному опыту полезными для изучения и работы. Frustration - the scream Hope and frustration. When we are going through a pandemic, have a void in global leadership, it is hard to feel that all is well. However, voids are always filled. Lack of leadership results in leadership change and more reliance on ourselves. In other words, we look elsewhere. Poor if not divisive leadership around the world results in the shift from looking for political to economic and thought leadership. We have already shifted towards leadership form scientists, corporations who we can hold accountable, and ourselves. There is no surprise that politicians are always self-serving. It is not a surprise that they are not well informed, not truthful. Then we look elsewhere. Scientists have been at the forefront in exposing misinformation and deceit. Corporations have banded together and looking for an alternative more equitable environment, employment, opportunity, education. discontent at policing went unaccountable, need to be accountable even if we need to completely restructure our law enforcement effort around the nation. Democracies are slower, but when awoken and realize injustice, are unstoppable. Reform and change are in progress. Frustration is the phase before the will to change. we should embrace our anger and look forward to a better world. Skyrealms of Jorune was an odd role playing game. Aside from being immersed in a highly detailed world that meshed science fiction with a undercurrent of new age fantasy, its artwork was created by a fanatical young guy with a love of of the old masters: Michelangelo, Caravaggio, and Rembrandt, not to mention the new guys Frazetta, Corben and Wrightson. Nowhere were these influences more apparant than in this oddly Biblically flavored 1985 pencil piece titled Burdoth. My very patient girlfriend posed live for the reclining woman here.
