🇬🇧 A new species I discovered with the @wildlifewednesday challenge: the southern bluefin tuna. This fish, at up to 2.5 metres and weighing up to 250 kilograms, is among the larger bony fishes. They migrate between tropical and cool temperate waters in the search for food between waters off the coast of Australia and the Indian Ocean. The southern bluefin tuna is classified as critically endangered on the IUCN Red List of Threatened species due to overfishing. With this illustration, I made something different, playing with his shape and incorporating the colorful creatures of the pelagic zone where they live. @wildlifewednesdaychallenge is an initiative by @lizzywatercolor and @ecowarrior8888 to raise awareness about endangered species. Every two weeks, they suggest a new species to portray. Go check their profiles to know more! 🇮🇹 Una nuova specie che ho scoperto grazie alla @wildlifewednesdaychallenge: il tonno australe. Questi pesci sono tra i più grandi pesci ossei: lunghi fino a 2,5 metri, possono raggiungere il peso di ben 250 kg. البحر لقد خلق الله سبحانه وتعالى الكون الواسع وأودع فيه الكثير من الغرائب والعجائب التي تدل على حُسن صنيعه وقُدرته العظيمة، ومن بين معجزات الله في هذا الكون هو خُلق البحار وما تحتويه من كل أصناف الحيوانات والنباتات والأسماك والمخلوقات البحرية بكل الألوان والأحجام والأشكال، وكلّ أنواع الحيوانات الموجودة على البرّ في البحر مثل أصنافها، فالبحر عالمٌ مليء بالعجائب وفيه الكثير من الفوائد التي تعود على الإنسان من طعام وشراب وحِلية، قال تعالى: وَهُوَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا مِنْهُ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ [النحل:14].🐟🐬🐋🐳🐌🦑🦐🦞🦀🐚🐙🦈🐡🐠 - @the_great_story78 on Instagram
