Integrantes do Comitê de Enfrentamento ao Coronavírus visitaram o Colégio Militar de Porto Alegre na manhã desta quarta-feira, 30, para acompanhar os protocolos de retorno das atividades escolares. Na segunda-feira, os estudantes do 3º ano do Ensino Médio começaram a ser acolhidos, na terça foi a vez dos 8° e 9° anos do Ensino Fundamental e nesta quarta-feira o 2° ano do Ensino Médio. A instituição foi escolhida pela prefeitura para servir de projeto piloto na aplicação das regras de segurança no combate ao coronavírus no retorno às aulas, pois oferece estrutura e tem condições de assumir os riscos neste momento. The Orange County Health Care Agency has announced that if Orange County continues trending in a positive direction over the next few weeks, PreK/TK-12 schools can reopen in-person instruction (hybrid model) as of Tuesday, September 22. The District’s in-person schooling (hybrid model) will start as follows: Elementary schools (grades PreK/TK through 5) – Thursday, September 24 Secondary schools (grades 6 through 12) – Tuesday, September 29 This split-start will allow for greater district support as each campus welcomes the return of students. As a reminder, Tuesday, September 8, is a Professional Development Day for teachers (non-student day) in lieu of the originally scheduled date of Friday, October 2. Each school will communicate to parents about the pick-up and drop-off procedures, bell schedule and safety protocols. Principals will also be sending a “welcome back” video to students and parents. Tustin Unified’s top priority is to balance the education of our students while maintaining the health and safety of students and staff. Helden in de zorg Het zorgpersoneel leverde zeer grote inspanningen tijdens de coronacrisis. Zonder twijfel zijn zij de grote helden van deze crisis. In onze gemeente bleven de personeelsleden van WZC Ter Meeren, WZC Keyhof en Ganspoel op post om de bewoners zo goed mogelijk op te vangen samen met de vrijwilligers. Laat ons ook de huisartsen niet vergeten: zij houden dag in dag uit de vinger aan de pols van onze bevolking. De wisselwerking tussen de medici en paramedici en het lokaal bestuur liep bovendien gesmeerd. Ook het personeel van de thuiszorgdiensten én de thuisverplegers zetten hun werk voort om de mensen thuis te voorzien van de nodige verzorging en begeleiding.
