Bitcoin’s average transaction fees drop by 83% from post-halving high. The average cost of a single Bitcoin transaction has plummeted from high levels that followed the Bitcoin halving. According to the data, on May 20, the average cost of a Bitcoin transaction was $6.647, which was the highest average fee in almost two years. Since May 20, the average Bitcoin transaction fee has fallen to $1.083, showing an 83.7% drop. Through executive order, the Trump Administration is cancelling the payroll tax for certain working people starting September 1, 2020.... but is this a payroll tax cancellation?? * * * ABSOLUTELY NOT! This move from the administration is not a tax cut, but a deferment. This executive decision would defer all payroll tax for people who make LESS than $4000 (gross) per 2 week pay period. What does that mean for you? You’ll see more money in your check from September 2020 - December 2020. But there’s a massive downside that you need to know... * * * In the first 4 months of 2021, your employer WILL have to pay have to pay that payroll tax back using your check. What does that mean? You’ll potentially be paying DOUBLE payroll tax from January 2021 - April 2021 to cover the cost. So what should you do? Plan ahead and start putting any extra money you earn in a savings account and do not touch it because when your checks get slim in 2021, you’ll wish you had. * * * If this executive decision holds up, there could be a chance for CONGRESS to forgive the unpaid payroll tax during this deferment, but since it isn’t a guarantee... do not plan to receive that gift. - @kickstart_law_llc on Instagram
