Для начала разберёмся, что загар - это ничто иное как повреждения кожи, вызванные ультрафиолетовым излучением, в результате которого в нижних слоях кожи образуется пигмент — меланин. Солнечное излучение делится на три типа, но только два способны достигать нас, это UVA и UVB лучи. 🟡UVA излучение имеет большую длину волны 320-400 нм и именно оно способствует старению кожи (за счёт разрешения коллагена и потери упругости) и накапливается годами, проявляясь в виде пигментных пятен в возрасте. Важно, что UVA излучение проникает через стекла и облака и не сильно зависит от времени года. 🟡Излучение UVB имеет среднюю длину волны 290-320 нм и способствует активной работе клеток, вырабатывающих меланин, которые таким образом пытаются защитить себя и предотвратить повреждение, этот процесс и отвечает за потемнение кожи и ожоги,когда кожа перестает справляться. Делаем вывод,что безопасного загара нет и никогда не будет, это защитная реакция нашей кожи на агрессивное воздействие солнца! Но, не стоит забывать и про положительный момент в виде выработки витамина D3.🌞 Именно поэтому защищать кожу любого цветотипа необходимо! Особенно, в солнечные дни! ❗Рекомендации сводятся к простым,но крайне важным моментам: 1) не находитесь под солнцем в активное время: промежуток с 12 до 16 часов. 2) используйте солнцезащитные средства с фактором защиты spf30 -spf50, так как они блокируют до 98% уф-излучения UVB, вызывающие ожоги и красноту. Наносить обильно, обновлять каждые 2-3 часа. 3) ограничивайте свое время пребывания на солнце!
