Fellow Ameripolitan’s , you probably know by now we have lost a huge part of our musical family in the passing of James Hand. He opened every Ameripolitan Award Show since it’s inception and was the perfect artist to do so. His musical integrity was unmatchable. His singing and writing were rooted in yesterday but undeniably original. He always had a new song he wrote that he’d like to sing to you and if you were lucky, he did. The world is not as bright today with his loss. The same dimness we had when Johnny, George and Merle passed , I can safely say fellow Ameripolitan’s feel. It was comforting to know we could go see Slim, as he was also known, on any week end in Texas but I’m sure there are many of us that regret the times we could’ve but didn’t. I’m one. I loved James Hand , the artist , the writer , the singer but I also loved the Man. Rest In Peace Slim, but I don’t know how you will when we are going to playing your records loud and proud for a long long long time. The petitioners stated: “BMGF, PATH and WHO were criminally negligent trialing the vaccines on a vulnerable, uneducated and under-informed population, school administrators, students and their parents who were not provided informed consent or advised of potential adverse effects or required to be monitored post-vaccination.” Furthermore, though absent from most mainstream U.S. media outlets, the Economic Times of India published their report in August 2014, stating that young tribal girls were tested with HPV vaccines. This involved not a handful of children, but 16,000 individuals in Andhra Pradesh, India, where they were given the Gardasil vaccine. KP Narayana Kumar reported that within a month of receiving the vaccine, many of the children fell ill, and by 2010, five of them had died. Another two children were reported to have died in Vadodara, Gujarat, where another 14,000 tribal children were vaccinated with another brand of the HPV vaccine, Cervarix, manufactured by GlaxoSmitheKline (GSK), who incidentally, has been accused of dumping polio virus into a Belgium river. A new study at Montefiore Health System and Albert Einstein College of Medicine will compare the outcomes of people with COVID-19 who are monitored at home by wearable technology, to people who receive standard outpatient care. The investigators hope to determine if Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) can be used successfully to track symptoms and flag people at risk for getting severely ill, and why. Jonathan D. It’s the only reason to get out of the house, quite honestly – unless you find something that is exciting and motivating. You have to trust your instincts and I like flying without a net. I enjoy that risk-taking aspect. It’s exciting for me. Q: There are very rare relationships between actors like the one you’ve had with Danny Devito. Tell me about this lifelong friendship. You guys have worked together often. Is your friendship and professional relationship hard to balance? A: It’s seamless. It’s the beauty about working with friends. I mean, I know now why people like to work together. It’s because you don’t have to go through that formality, that dance of introductions, the this-and-that. There’s a familiarity. We’re old buddies and so in the limited time that we have together; there’s a comfort factor. Plus, he’s funny. He’s funny off the set or on the set. He can’t help himself. The 2018 TPON TIME Person of the Year: Frank V. Johnson “Usher for a New Era” - On February 20, 2018, Frank Veto Johnson was sworn in as the 30th President of TPON as a Republican from Ohio. Johnson had just won an election of the closest margins, overcoming Senator Warren by just one vote. That one vote may have very well changed the history of our simulation as we know it. Johnson had campaigned heavily on total sim reform. His involvement in the creation of the “TPON 2.0” plan, which outlined some sensible and in other aspects drastic changes to the way TPON operates laid the foundation for goals as President. Some of these goals were included resetting TPON as we know it. Less than a month before Johnson swore in, the new US and TPON Constitutions were officially ratified. Johnson took part in the writings of these Constitutions, being the principal writer of the TPON Constitution in particular. Through the ratification of these Constitutions, Johnson laid the groundwork for the reset. The reset had long been one of TPON’s most controversial issues. When the Constitution was ratified, and Johnson elected as President, he knew he had to be the one to finally turn back the clocks. On March 8th, 2018, President Johnson along with Joseph Pitts and John N. Tesla submitted their final version of the “Reset Act” which after intense debate in Congress made it to Johnson’s desk and thus signed into law. On April 3, 2018, TPON officially rewinded back 86 years smoothly, squashing all of the anti-reset concerns. The bloom of activity following the reset is regarded as one of TPON’s most active period. Despite Johnson serving only one term (albeit extended to 91 days due to new Constitutional provisions), he signed 42 pieces of legislation into law, vetoed 12, and issued numerous executive orders in-line with his Republican platform. In addition, Johnson set a new standard for how to operate the Executive, respond to events, and engage the world. Following his one-term tenure as President, Johnson continued to serve in TPON by authoring and moderating numerous events (which he still does).
