Como muchos saben.. a Fresa le cortaron la cara con un machete tan solo por estar fuera de una carnicería pidiendo comida. Con ella se realizó la primera cirugía plástica reconstructiva con éxito en el mundo (en un perro). Recuerdo el día esperando más de 6 horas para que salieran del quirófano! Y la gente afuera del Centro Veterinario Mexico con pancartas apoyando a Fresa. Un día inolvidable.. Fue sometida a dos cirugías: le reconstruyeron cornetes nasales para que pudiera respirar bien y mes y medio después, la segunda cirugía fue para reconstruirle la cara. Una cirugía estética. Cómo olvidar que necesitó transfusiones sanguíneas y Mazapán fue su donador estrella!! Siempre me he preguntado qué tipo de raza habrá sido Fresa. Después de su cirugía es tipo bóxer porque es chata, pero qué sería antes teniendo en cuenta lo que le hicieron? Que opinan ustedes? Que tipo de raza es Fresa en realidad?
