One of my favourite scenes from See episode 2. We arrived on location and all you could see was fog. Everything looked flat, no contrast. It wasn’t right for the scene, so we decided to wait it out. We waited, and waited a little longer until some people started to get nervous we would not get the scene, but fortunately, just in time, we got full sun. We shot the scene in 3 set ups: a quick wide shot and two two-shots. Dave Thompson, A-camera operator kept the camera hand held, and as the scene got more intense he moved closer and closer. Camera was Alexa 65 with a 35mm lens. The lens was inches from their faces at times. We used a little bit of bounce but it was mostly natural sun. By using almost no fill, the way the light bounces off the fabric of his wardrobe kept the light dynamic and natural. Dave was probably covering most of the bounce since he was that close. (that’s not a complaint by the way, he just had to get in there!) Beautiful costumes by Trish Summerville. @mztsummerville Color by @davehussey @company_3 Focus stays dynamic by @filmryder making creative choices between the two characters in the alexa 65 format. I won’t be on much you may find me on discord or threads(if your in my close friends list bc insta notifications don’t work for me somehow so threads is how I get messages nowadays and talk to most people).And trust me.. self improvement as said is a very LONG process but worth it in the end. My past almost is getting me old habits returning especially because not only has time become very fast (2020 bad) but I had some ties cut before and after I came back and it’s getting tiresome. Sure some people asked for it some did not. It’s getting tiresome where both irl and online some ties had to get loosened and I don’t even get too attached to people that often depending who you are. I need to figure out how I’d be able to change my ways before my old habits/ things come back to destroy the bridges. Due to this I’m going to step out for who knows how long when I come back on this @is uncertain. And no I won’t delete this @ this time unlike before but that’s uncertain. Also For those I pissed off btw either to old habits or anything outside of that im sorry yes I was toxic before and a bit of this year too. Another reason why I decided to leave this @ both reasons and unrelated reasons to those too. I may also just make a new @ and you’ll know it’s me if I follow you and message you saying hi or something. I have a art acc that I still need to post some art related things I’ve done for my art class and stuff and an acc I admin for I’ll probably leave them both in my bio.
