Puran Poli- Stuffed Indian flat bread or roti, fried with ghee or clarified butter. The stuffing is made of lentils, jaggery and a bit of ghee. Its a very traditional dish made on festive occasions and even otherwise by people from West India, chiefly from Gujarat and Maharashtra, and to a lesser extend in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, the two neighboring states of Gujarat and Maharashtra. It takes a bit of expertise to roll thin rotis, especially with the stuffing but its worth the trouble. فطيرة تركية معمرة بالكفتة والفرماج مقادير العجينة 500غ دقيق_ معلقة كبيرة خميرة الخبز_ معلقة كبيرة سكر ملح _250مل الحليب دافئ معلقة كبيرة زبدة الحشوة رابعة الكفتة_زيت _فلافل ملونة_ مطيشة_ بصلة معلقة كبيرة عطرية الكفتة او عطرية تركية _ملح_ شوية معدنوس مقطع فرماج احمر محكوك الطريقة ناخد زبدة ندوبها في حليب وخميرة وسكر في اناء نضع دقيق وملح ونخلطهم ثم نضيف حليب ونعجن حتى حصول على عجين لين ورطب نقسمهم كورات ونتركهم يرتحو مدة 15دقيقة. الحشوة : في مقلاة نضع قليل من زيت نشحر فيها بصلة مشلظة مع فلافل مقطعة مربعات صغيرة ثم نضيف عطرية ومطيشة مقطعة مربعات ونشحرو كل مزيان ثم نضيف كفتة مع تحراك و نفرتها حتى تطهى ناخد كل كورة من العجين ونبسطها بمدلك رقيقة ونضع قليل من الحشوة وفرماج محكوك في نصف داىرة و نسدها بنصف الآخر حتى تنتهي من جميع الكورات نضع مقلاة ونطهي فيها فطيرة من جانيبان ملاحظة ممكن ان نطهي فطيرة في آلة بانيني وبالصحة والراحة - @cooking.maroc.353 on Instagram

Restaurant style Naan at Home!! •In a kneading bowl take a cup of all purpose flour, 3 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp baking powder, 1tsp baking soda, 1tsp sugar and salt as per taste kneed this with warm water to form a nice dough. Cover it and Keep it aside for 15min. Kneed for 2 min and then Roll naans out of it in your desired shape and top it with chopped garlic and coriander leaves. •Heat a tawa and make sure it is very hot. Add little water to the other side of the naan and keep it on the tawa so that sticks well. Once you see bubbles turn the tawa towards the flame and cook evenly. Thats it, keep the tawa back on the flame and plate it .
