Schritt 5: Jede Strebe einzeln rausmessen 🙈 Wisst ihr was das für ne Arbeit war???? Aber ich würde sagen, es hat sich definitiv gelohnt 😍. Erstmal alles zusammenstecken und Abstandhalter dazwischen um alles anpassen zu können 😊 eine zeitaufwändige Arbeit, die mir 2 Abende mit jeweils 5,5 Stunden gekostet haben. Längenzuschnitt auf der Kappsäge. Die Ecken an der Bandsäge auf 45° geschnitten. Die Nut im Rahmen ist 3cm tief, die in der Mittelstrebe nur 2cm (nicht mitgedacht am Anfang 😅). Also einen Zapfen auf der Altendorf zugesägt, den anderen auf der GTS10XC. Was sagt ihr zum ersten fertigen Bild? Schritt 4: Was haltet ihr von schrägen Streben? Ich find die Idee ja eigentlich ganz schön. Aber ist es nicht auch zu aufwendig? 🤔 Aber es soll ja was besonderes werden. So, und hier die fertigen Hocker für unsere Werkstatt 😁. ⠀ Also die Farbgestaltung war wesentlich mehr Arbeit als die zwei Hocker an sich😂. Aber wir haben uns halt genau dieses Design vorgestellt, wenn wir uns schon ausnahmsweise so viel Arbeit machen für Werkstatt-Equipment😂 ⠀ Verwendet haben wir z.B unsere Holzbeize in Nussbaumoptik, das Kalkweiß von @rustoleum_germany und einen günstigen schwarzen Acryllack auf Wasserbasis. Als obere Schutzschicht haben wir nochmal den Clou Klarlack verwendet👍🏻 Ja, wir wissen dass man eigentlich keinen wasserbasierten Klarlack auf Wasserbeize verwendet, aber unsere Erfahrungen sprechen etwas anderes. A few finished TJ headjoints made from Cocobolo and Mopane wood heads back from the fabulous English headjoint maker Andrew Oxley who has been cutting the embouchure holes on these and also our wooden piccolo heads. If you’ve got a TJ ‘C’ flute with a six digit serial number then get in touch as we’ve got two headjoints that we are looking to send out for testing.
