2 kids that fell in-love. Had no clue that LOVE would bring them this far. Went through it all. Broke up for 21/2 years thinking we were completely done. But LOVE wouldn’t let us “live”. We dated for almost 10 years before getting married. And I am sooooo glad we did. We grew up together on so many levels. We weren’t ready for marriage or kids. If we would have rushed those two things. I know for a fact we wouldn’t have lasted. I’m thankful for the journey God had us on. I’m thankful for our Bishop& his church we would attend in Jacksonville, for @dana_danec inviting us to PAO @theincrease ,our pastor & his wife helping us with our growth, those that have led us in counseling. So many things made us stronger, and I am thankful for everyone that played a part on our journey. In 18months it’ll be 10 yrs of marriage. 10 years of not dealing with the things we dealt with before I DO. 10 years of a wonderful life we both created together. A life I only thought could happen in my dreams. To love and to be loved. And I know you absolutely love the hell out of me, and I love the hell out of you! TRUE UNCONQUERABLE SOULS 👑⚡️👑 MOVE is a black liberation group founded in 1972 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by John Africa (born Vincent Leaphart) and Donald Glassey, a social worker from the University of Pennsylvania. The name is not an acronym. The group lived in a communal setting in West Philadelphia, abiding by philosophies of anarcho-primitivism.[1] The group combined revolutionary ideology, similar to that of the Black Panthers, with work for animal rights. The group is particularly known for two major conflicts with the Philadelphia Police Department. In 1978, a standoff resulted in the death of one police officer, injuries to several other people, and life sentences for nine members who were convicted of killing the officer. In 1985, another confrontation ended when a police helicopter dropped a bomb on the MOVE compound, a row house in the middle of the 6200 block of Osage Avenue.[2] The resulting fire killed eleven MOVE members, including five children, and destroyed 65 houses in the neighborhood.[3] The survivors later filed a civil suit against the city and the police department, and were awarded $1.5 million in a 1996 settlement. - @unconquerablesouls on Instagram

So yesterday I shot my first roll of 120 I got the pleasure to shoot my great friends @highdiyah & @yupitsyel it was amazing to be able to capture such a beautiful moment and display of love between these two it made my first time shooting medium format even better I later then got the chance to develop the roll with my brothers @_malik843 & @323.raw and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the results 🙌🏾 I couldn’t wait to post these once I got them developed I couldn’t stop looking at them lol there is something about film that is very heard to duplicate and achieve with digital you may be able to get close to it but it’s nothing like the original in my recent years of doing photography I sought after the quality of medium format it has such a texture and essence to that you can’t help but love I cant wait to push this camera to its limits and as well as continue to push my own my photography has been nothing but life changing for me & this is the start of something special and I can’t wait to continue to share with all of you thank you again for the support and love I truly appreciate every bit of it 🙏🏾 - @louiseugenelee on Instagram

17 years ago we got married! This shot was taken in feb this year on my birthday. I kinda miss going out to dinner, but luckily temple is good at cooking! I’m sharing photographs from my project “Stranger Fruit.” This ongoing project was created in 2014, in response to the murders of African-American men due to police violence. I have been travelling across the country photographing mothers and sons, recreating the motif of the Pieta (the Virgin Mary holding the dead body of Christ). No mother should have to endure this kind of suffering. The mothers in these images have not lost their sons, but they understand the reality that without properly addressing this issue, this could happen to them. - @cottage8films on Instagram
