休日のエッセイ『 おと。のお料理 』 . 豊かなご縁の巡り合わせの中で、 おと。のランチそしてデザートを味わっていただく日々に感謝しております。 ケーキを作り始めたのは、ちょうど７年程前でした。 色々と人生の節目を迎え、東京から奈良に戻って来て、ちょっと(いいえ、だいぶと)こころが塞ぎがちだった頃に、自宅の台所で毎日ひとつケーキか焼き菓子を作ることが、当時唯一のこころの拠り所でした。 当時、少し(いいえ、だいぶと)人とコミュニケーションを取ることも億劫になってしまって、おしゃべりも、どうもこうも言葉で上手に人に自分の気持ちを伝えることが難しい時期がありました。 そんな時に、「表現できる方法が、お料理しかなかった。」、というのが正直な気持ちです。 それは、今も変わらないことかもしれません。 人に会うのが億劫だったこともあり、お料理教室も行けませんでしたし、お財布にも余裕があったわけではありませんでしたので、私にとってのお料理の師は図書館の『本』でした。それが、当時の精いっぱいでした。 ✳︎ しかし、そこからお料理と無縁だった私が、一筋の光を見出していくことになります。 ✳︎ いつの間にか、自宅のお台所は実験室となり、 気付けば、お料理が自身の生きるチカラになっていることに気付いたのは、それから数年後のこと。 何のために作るのか、誰のために作るのか、 お料理は、私に何を教えようとしてくれているのか。 そんな哲学的なことにまで思いがひろがっていった先に、 それは、ひととひとを繋ぐ表現であることに気付きました。 お料理そのものから、醸し出されているもの。 お客さまにとって、それがやさしさや豊かさやあたたかさみたいなものを感じていただけたら、うれしく思います。 おと。がランチを数量限定にしているのも、お料理をお召し上がりくださるお客さまの御顔や表情を想って、ご用意させていただきたいから。 明日からのおと。も、笑顔とやさしさがひろがりますように。 そろそろ、おと。にて、お料理の会をはじめたいと思っています。 物語のような人生を、みなさんと感じ合えたら幸いです。 . 🐇🌿🌸✨ . おと。のオープンにあたり、ランチプレートはご予約のお客様を最優先に、１日につくる数を決めております。一定の人数に達しましたら、ランチを終了させていただくことをご了承ください。 みなさまが心地良くお過ごしいただける環境つくりを目指しております。 それにあたり、ランチをご利用のお客さまはご予約いただくことをおすすめいたします。ぜひお気軽にお電話orメールをください。 . Yashiro fin dal primo giorno in cui lhanno avuto si è presa una cotta per lui, nella sua mente cera solamente ed unicamente lui. Il professore stava spiegando con attenzione largomento della lezione sottolineando limportanza di ciò che stava spiegando mentre Yashiro era seduta al suo banco che lo stava guardando completamente innamorata persa, ogni tanto abbassa lo sguardo fingendo di prendere appunti quando invece stava solamente disegnando sul proprio libro. Al suono della campanella tutti gli studenti iniziarono a farsi la cartella invece la ragazza si risveglió dai suoi pensieri mettendo via la roba. Prima che potesse uscire dallaula il professore la chiamò, la ragazza si voltò verso di lui con il cuore in gola e si avvicinò per sentire cosa le aveva da dire. La ragazza rimase in silenzio sentendosi dire che si era accorto benissimo che non aveva seguito per niente la lezione, Yashiro si scuso un po imbarazzata ma rimase sorpresa quando il professore Amane le propose di passare quella sera a casa sua così che lavrebbe aiutata a studiare. Yashiro lo guardò completamente rossa in viso e senza pensarci due volte accetto volentieri la sua proposta per poi correre fuori dallaula. Yashiro era al settimo cielo pensava di avere un appuntamento romantico col suo professore così corse a casa dove preparò delle ciambelle apposta per lui, sapeva benissimo che gli piacevano le ciambelle perché aveva sentito e laveva visto nelle pause mangiarle sempre. dear friends, thank you for bearing witness to this incredible year of growth for me. it is not even halfway through October yet and I have travelled halfway around the globe, spent time in several different countries, made many friends, and learned so much. as I set out to embark on another (and hopefully my last this year) journey, I am spending a few moments to reflect on what has truly been a year of aunties, elders & ancestors. [...]✨ Uma luz para quando todas as outras luzes de apagarem! . » Aqui permaneço na certeza de que Frodo é apenas um pescoço para segurar o anel, pois Sam segue sendo o verdadeiro herói! Começando a falar do fim... a cena final do filme não faz jus ao grande herói Sam e sua espada frente a Laracna e muito menos a capacidade deste personagem! Ele é o verdadeiro portador do anel.✨ E sobre Laracna... não obrigada filme por me da outra perspectiva desse bicho, essa aranha gigante é uma figura maligna e inteligente, não é só um bicho gigante e assustador; ela é o Mal, da maneira que foi descrita no livro ela ganha imponência! Tanto quanto Gollum, eu realmente fiquei angustiada toda vez que Frodo dormia e Sam não aguentava e dormia e aquele serzinho ficava solto. Não entendi a compaixão de Frodo e me julguem, mas tenho os mesmos sentimento de Sam, Gollum está sempre tramando. Não há piedade. . » Outros pontos altos da narrativa detalhada de Tolkien está no encontro dos hobbits com Faramir. É também aqui que o livro toma um empurrão e deslancha lindamente. Porém , não há como tirar o mérito de Tolkien em momento algum, das colinas a primeira batalha com os orcs existe aquela narrativa impecável. Eu sempre me perguntei como ficariam aquelas guerras imensas, loucas e cheias daquele orcs no livro e cara; EU TO BESTA ATÉ AGORA! Ma ecco che l’Eldorado dell’Ovest non é poi così un vero paradiso: qui gli industriali californiani e i proprietari terrieri - un inizio di agro-industria- sono senza scrupoli, capaci solo di sfruttare la disperazione altrui. E della famiglia Joad. Con questo capolavoro Steinbeck diventa cantore della Grande Depressione: parla di fame, disperazione e discriminazione. Una rappresentazione nuda e cruda di quegli anni che fece vincere il Pulitzer allo scrittore americano. Ma che é ancora molto attuale, perché le dinamiche di sfruttamento contro contadini e braccianti le vediamo ancora. Questo libro anni dopo ispirò un bellissimo album di Bruce Springsteen (The ghost of Tom Joad), altro cantore dell’America, di oggi. Living with five other artists meant that my solitary writing time was always interspersed with creatively invigorating conversations. So many times, someone would recommend the exact right thing--a song, a poem, a painting--I needed for my project. I especially loved the interdisciplinary nature of the residency. As a writer, it was wonderful to talk to visual artists and a composer about their processes and influences. YALL 💕💕 I’ve never been so excited to start a book and while I’m only a few chapters in, I’m already in love with the beautiful way Robin Wall Kimmerer describes nature. This homage to both Indigenous wisdom and botany is spiritual, ancestral, and very clearly written from someone with a deep passion for everything mama earth has to offer. Every living being on this planet is interconnected in so many ways, and it’s dangerous to think that humans are removed from our environment - leading to things like CA wildfires, flooding, biodiversity loss, and so much more. When I was a teenager, I always thought Love is all what is shown in movies and plays. Love is all rosy and it is about red roses, champagne glasses and running around trees singing songs. But When I grew up, I realised love is not all that flowery we imagined. Its lot more to all this. True love is the kiss early in the morning despite the morning breath, it is in the goodbye you wave when you know you may not see the person for long, it is the sarcasm and the ugly fights you have late in the night when the world is sleeping, it is in the tears from laughing so hard or the tears from the sadness. Its nothing like the fairytale you read. Its in the song you hear on your earphone and suddenly smile coz you think about that person, its in the small goofy things you do for each other.
