As diligências foram coordenadas pela Delegada de Polícia Priscilla Cemin. O homem é investigado desta Delegacia Especializada por, em tese, envolvimento em crimes de Violência Contra a Mulher. A Prisão Após informações que o suspeito mantinha em sua residência uma arma, espingarda calibre 12, Agentes do Setor de Investigação da DPCAMI de Itajaí iniciaram diligências investigativas para apurar a referida delatio criminis. O homem é suspeito da prática, hodierna, de violência doméstica contra sua ex esposa, fato que ensejou as ações apurativas do Setor de Investigação desta Unidade Policial. Assim, por intermédio de cruzamento de dados e análise de informações, deslocaram ao Bairro Cidade Nova, Nesta, ingressando na residência do suspeito após, ter a equipe de policiais, a entrada franqueada pelos moradores. No imóvel foi localizado, em posse do investigado, 01 espingarda calibre 12, 15 munições do referido calibre e outros apetrechos, os quais foram apreendidos.
