Nadat er een hoofdleiding was gesprongen, stroomden miljoenen liters water de kelders binnen. Binnen no time lag het hele ziekenhuis plat. Een gigantische operatie ging van start waarbij de kelders werden leeggepompt en patiënten moesten worden geëvacueerd. Gelukkig waren andere hulpdiensten snel ter plaatse. Como falar do dia que eu ganhei uma CHARREATA?!!! 🥰🥳💖 Vou começar... Essa Quarentena nos tirou muita coisa. Os abraços diários, os papos nos intervalos, as conversas furtivas nos corredores. In the past few weeks, we’ve progressed from the cathedral to St Thomas’s Church, and now arrive on the west bank of the River Avon, immediately north of Fisherton Bridge, where a friary of the Dominican Order was located. Excavations have taken place on the site several times since 1978 when parts of the Maltings, fronting onto Fisherton Street, were redeveloped. In 2019, a series of test pits were excavated within the standing building in very confined spaces. So we had a big announcement that we were really excited to share with yall this week, but there are more important things going on. As most of you know, a severe category 4 hurricane slammed almost directly into the Texas/Louisiana border late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning, leaving a path of destruction in its wake. The storm surge was thankfully nowhere near as bad as it was predicted to be, but the winds and rains certainly left their mark. More than half a million people are without power. Houses and businesses were destroyed and windows were blown out of buildings. There have been no confirmed casualties here in our state, but there have been 2 confirmed in Louisiana. Thousands are left without homes. Here at Third Coast Traveler, we ask that youd find it in your heart to help in whatever way you can. Either by making a monetary or supply donation to reputable organizations that are on the front lines helping to rescue those still in danger, restore power to cities, deliver food and water, and helping to clean up and rebuild homes and neighborhoods. Os técnicos percorreram as dependências de oito empresas onde inspecionaram toda a rede de esgotamento industrial e sanitário; a disposição de substâncias tóxicas; checaram as condicionantes das licenças ambientais, dentre outros. Uma empresa foi autuada por vazamento de resíduos derivados de petróleo no solo. Outras três foram notificadas para que efetuem adequações ambientais, como apresentar projeto físico para a execução da gestão de resíduos; descarte correto de efluentes; adequar a limpeza do sistema de separador de água e óleo; e apresentar o comprovante de toda a retirada dos efluentes industriais dispostos em forma bruta no interior da empresa. 🚧 This project includes the excavation and renewal of the existing trolley tracks on 58th Street between Chester Avenue and Woodland Avenue. The existing tracks were installed in the 1970s and are beyond their serviceable lifespan. The street structure supporting the tracks has deteriorated due to water leaks, traffic, and overall age of the existing street surface, which requires increased maintenance to operate safe and reliable service. Benefits of the renewal project include reduced vibrations, smoother ride, new & improved track components, new street surface, and new concrete/asphalt paving. BUDOVANÁ TRAŤ MÁ SVOU HISTORII I Novým úsekem tramvajové tratě prodlužujeme stávající trať v ulici Na Pankráci ke stanici metra Pankrác. Nově budovaný úsek tramvajové tratě vede přesně v místech historické tramvajové tratě, která byla opuštěna v roce 1974 v důsledku zahájení provozu metra na trase C a prosazování tehdejší koncepce rušení tramvajové dopravy v centru a v oblastech nově obsloužených metrem. 🚋➡️ Pojďme se ale podívat na historii budované tramvajové trati: Tramvaje začaly na Pankrác jezdit před 95 lety díky prodloužení tratě z Nuslí na dnešní náměstí Hrdinů. O 5 let později, 29. května 1930 byla trať prodloužena z náměstí Hrdinů přes Lísek (později nazývaný Budějovické náměstí) až na Kačerov. V roce 1938 byla zprovozněna větev Budějovické náměstí – Ryšánka. Původní tramvajová trať vedla až po autobusové nádraží Pankrác (dnes na jeho místě stojí administrativní komplex Gemini) ulicí 5. května, ale v důsledku stavby II. severojižní magistrály a návazné dálnice D1 byla přeložena na moderní vlastní těleso do rozšířené souběžné ulice Na Pankráci. Ve stejné době byl ze stejných důvodů ukončen i provoz na trati z Budějovického náměstí na Kačerov. Zprovoznění trasy C pražského metra a prosazování koncepce MHD, omezující podíl tramvajové dopravy, znamenal konec tramvají v oblasti Krče, Budějovického náměstí a Pankráce obecně. 🚋➡️ Podívejte se na historické fotografie Lubomíra Kysely.
