Criminosos que atacaram bancos em Paim Filho em 2018, são condenados pelo Poder Judiciário Brigada Militar atuou na prisão dos criminosos Em decisão proferida no último dia 31 de agosto, o magistrado da Comarca de Sananduva Dr. Rafael Folador, emitiu sentença condenatória aos membros da quadrilha que atacou as agências bancárias na cidade de Paim Filho no dia 28 de setembro de 2018. No teor da sentença, as penas aos seis indivíduos oscilaram de 9 a 19 anos de reclusão conforme a participação de cada um na ação criminosa que impactou a pequena cidade. Relembre o caso Na manhã do dia 28 de setembro de 2018, bandidos fortemente armados atacaram de forma simultânea duas agências bancárias na cidade de Paim Filho. Durante a ação, os criminosos utilizaram clientes para formar um cordão humano em frente as agências impedindo a reação policial. Em seguida, após subtraírem valores dos bancos, armas e coletes balísticos dos vigilantes, iniciaram fuga levando consigo algumas pessoas como reféns. A Brigada Militar iniciou o acompanhamento com toda cautela necessária para resguardar a integridade física das vítimas. Foi montado um cerco na região, sendo capturados pelos policiais militares indivíduos que participaram na execução do plano da quadrilha largando miguelitos (pregos retorcidos) nos acessos a cidade, para dificultar o trabalho policial. Os trabalhos de buscas seguiram de forma ininterrupta, sendo que no dia seguinte na cidade de Maximiliano de Almeida mais três indivíduos presos pela Brigada, com materiais utilizados na ação e uma das armas levada dos vigilantes das agências assaltadas. A Polícia Civil também intensificou as investigações chegando a outros membros da quadrilha, trazendo um farto conjunto probatório no inquérito policial produzido, subsidiando a denúncia oferecida pelo Ministério Público. In the last 4 days– doesnt matter if we‘re on the sidewalk, crosswalk, or street. Prior to even gathering, there are droves of vans, cops & riot squads waiting to arrest us. This is your tax money, people. Flushing 1st Amendment rights down the drain. Slide 2: (🎥: @dia.nyc ) In Times Square, after some powerful speeches about the atrocities being committed in Georgia with forced hysterectomies on detainees, and general I.C.E. abuses – The minute our bikers walked into the crosswalk, cops tackled & cuffed them. On Saturday, May 30th, our Associate Director, Nathan Spencer, received a text message from his wife. The message included a picture of Raleigh police in riot gear boarding a GoRaleigh bus bound for Downtown. Throughout the next couple days, during the height of the Downtown protests following the killing of George Flloyd by a Minneapolis police officer, reporters and friends shared similar photos on social media. Nathan, Vice-Chair of the Raleigh Transit Authority (RTA), brought the matter to the attention of the RTA Chair Tolulope Omokaiye and fellow RTA member Brian L Burnett. Together, they drafted a letter seeking answers to why GoRaleigh buses were used to transport police into a potentially dangerous situation and whether drivers — a workforce that is overwhelmingly African-American — were being protected to the same degree as officers in riot gear. As advocates for sustainable growth and safe, reliable public transit, we thank these members of the RTA for asking the hard questions that needed to be asked and for committing to the safety and well-being of our city’s transit workers. The Raleigh Police Department is aware of the video circulating on social media involving a traffic stop during the January 14 arrest of Braily Andres Batista-Concepcion. On January 14, 2020 at approximately 9:30 a.m., Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3500 block of Wake Forest Road. Before officers arrived on the scene the suspect vehicle fled the area and was involved in a second hit and run in a parking lot at St. Albans Drive and Wake Forest Road. While fleeing the scene of the second collision the vehicle struck a pole at 4320 Wingate Drive. A short time later, an officer spotted a vehicle matching the description from the three earlier hit and run incidents driving erratically on Navaho Drive. The officer initiated a traffic stop and observed that the driver appeared to be impaired while transporting three passengers. When Mr. Batista-Concepcion ignored repeated commands to place his hands on the wheel, the officer ordered him to get out of the vehicle. Mr. Batista-Concepcion failed to follow the officer’s commands and officers used force to remove him from the vehicle. Braily Andres Batista-Concepcion was subsequently charged with DWI, three counts of Hit and Run, two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Simple Possession of Marijuana, and Resist, Delay and Obstruct. As is the case with all uses of force, the Raleigh Police Department is reviewing this matter. If anyone has additional information about this incident or witnessed any other hit and runs involving this vehicle, they are encouraged to call 911. Nesta quarta-feira (30), a Polícia Civil desencadeou a Operação Chavirer, com o objetivo de apurar crimes contra a Administração Pública e contra a Fé Pública no âmbito do Poder Executivo do município de Gravataí. Durante as ações, foram cumpridos 17 mandados de busca e apreensão e um mandado de prisão, além da suspensão do exercício das funções públicas de 4 servidores públicos. As ordens judiciais foram cumpridas nas Prefeituras de Gravataí e Glorinha, além de residências e empresas. Nos locais, foram apreendidos diversos objetos de prova, como documentos, contratos, computadores, mídias, entre outros. A investigação apurou que um servidor público, que é arquiteto da prefeitura e foi preso na ação, prestava serviços particulares, inclusive em horários de seu expediente no órgão público, e se locupletava ilicitamente. O servidor investigado contava com o potencial auxílio de outros agentes públicos, promovendo indeferimentos de projetos urbanísticos protocolados na prefeitura para, posteriormente e através de contato direto com as vítimas, apresentar melhorias nos projetos indeferidos com a elaboração do chamado “Estudo de Impacto de Vizinhança” (E.I.V), que seria feito pelo próprio suspeito, porém em nome de terceiros, utilizando-se de suas respectivas notas fiscais. A operação contou com a participação de 80 policiais civis. Tegnap megnyílt Magyarország első legálkannabisz boltja Budapesten @thefrenchiebp néven, ahol egyelőre kizárólag CBD termékeket terveztek árusítani. Csak terveztek, mert fél órán belül rajtaütött a bolton a rendőrség, így most ideiglenesen zárva van, míg bevizsgálják a termékeket, amik az EU több országában is forgalomban vannak és Magyarországon is legálisak, mivel CBD nem pedig THC hatóanyag van bennük. Hogyan tudna a magyar rendőrség még nevetségesebbé válni ebben a témakörben? 🤣 A történethez hozzátartozik, hogy 5 évet éltem Las Vegas-ban ahol teljesen legális a marihuána használat (THC is) és az összesen 50 amerikai államból már 33-ban lehet hozzájutni legálisan. Vor diesem Hintergrund bekräftigt Die Linke im Rat ihre Forderungen nach Einführung einer Kennzeichnungspflicht, um Polizistinnen und Polizisten im Falle von Fehlverhalten und Übergriffen zu identifizieren und zur Rechenschaft ziehen zu können, sowie die Einrichtung unabhängiger Untersuchungs- und Kontrollinstanzen, die für eine umfassende Transparenz und Aufklärung bei Vorwürfen gegen die Polizei sorgen.
