A 11 ans, Julian Alaphilippe enfourchait son vélo Motobécane d’occasion (« vraiment pourri », selon l’intéressé) pour parcourir les 50 kilomètres séparant le domicile familial de celui de son oncle, à Saint-Amand-Montrond (Cher), le long d’une nationale déconseillée même à un cycliste expérimenté. Quand il appela sa maman pour lui raconter naïvement son aventure, le garçon eut droit à l’engueulade de son enfance. Mais peu importe, ce jour-là monsieur et madame Alaphilippe découvraient la rage qui animait leur fils, confierait plus tard ce dernier dans les premiers articles à son sujet. Cette rage, le Français de 28 ans l’avait encore au fond de lui ce dimanche au moment de se dresser sur les pédales et de placer l’attaque décisive à 12 kilomètres de l’arrivée de ce championnat du monde tracé entre le circuit automobile d’Imola et les vignes d’Emilie-Romagne. Dans l’ultime ascension de la côte de Gallisterna (2,7 km à 6,4 %), Alaphilippe jouait son va-tout. Malgré la douleur, malgré la crainte d’être revu dans le final comme à Bergen (Norvège) trois ans plus tôt, malgré la chasse royale lancée à ses trousses avec quelques grands fusils (Michal Kwiatkowski, Wout Van Aert, Marc Hirschi, Jakob Fuglsang et Primoz Roglic), Alaphilippe ne buta jamais : ni dans les derniers faux plats, ni sur l’autodrome (désert) Enzo et Dino Ferrari. Endelig tilbake på pallen i NM! 😊 Når det er fem år sidan forrige gong, er det ikkje berre, berre! Men med NM i ei løype eg har gjort det bra i fleire gonger tidlegare, måtte eg gjer eit skikkeleg forsøk. Gull og trøye ville holde hardt, men hadde eit lite håp om å klare å smyge meg inn på pallen. La ein plan om Johan Olsson-modus og nær 100t på sykkelen den siste månaden. Ein plan eg klarte å følge forholdsvis bra, trass i at eg tvilte sterkt på meg sjølv mange gonger undervegs.. Heldigvis hadde @kristinebais trua og siste sju-åtte dagane kjente eg at formen byrja å komme. Litt bra kvile siste veka så burde det bli bra! Starten gjekk og eg var «godt kørende» med teten lenge. Då @olehem og @emilhasundeid rykka litt over halvvegs sleit eg tungt. @matsglende var sterk og eg hadde meir enn nok med å halde hans, og @knutrohme, sin fart. Heldigvis kvikna eg til igjen og kunne kjøre frå i nokså god tid før mål. Mykje skjedde den siste halvtimen, der mange plasseringar blei omrokkert. I lange ritt kan ein lett gå på smellen. Der eg skulle sikre inn bronsemedaljen siste kvarteret stod plutseleg Ole med flatt dekk og eg fekk ein plassering billeg. Emil var knallsterk og vann fortjent, så gullet hadde eg ikkje sjanse på. Eg har aldri vunne NM, men gårsdagens sølvmedalje var likevel god som gull for meg. Alex ha parlato spesso della regola dei 5 secondi, lui la spiega meglio e ha maggior diritto di farlo ma eccovela in breve: ogni qualvolta durante una performance sportiva si raggiunge il limite delle forze e la testa ti dice di mollare, a quel punto, chi non molla mai, pensa di resistere ancora 5 secondi, solo 5. Sono 5 secondi in cui può succedere tutto: l’avversario che hai avuto a fianco per tutto il percorso e che sembrava instancabile, crolla oppure scopri improvvisamente che (nonostante fosse impossibile pensarlo prima di quei 5 secondi) hai ancora energie residue sufficienti per dare tutto. In un certo senso quando si decide di procrastinare il momento della resa, quando la testa si rifiuta di cedere. entra in gioco l’orgoglio di aver tenuto duro e quei pochi secondi diventano 10, 15.....diventano la tua vittoria. Still about last Sunday: com maior tranquilidade, cabe-me agora um agradecimento a algumas pessoas, pois o resultado de Domingo passado tb dependeu delas: como individual, sem equipa para me enquadrar, nenhum reconhecimento feito ao percurso, zero aquecimento, sem correr qq risco num percurso sinuoso e molhado, com travessia de 2 passagens de nível, foi uma aventura curta mas de q me orgulho pois estava completamente às escuras relativamente a tudo. Às escuras não significa nem receosa nem com falta de confiança, pois as pernas conheço eu. Assim, lancei-me sem medo mas com todas as cautelas, e correu lindamente 😊 . O meu agradecimento principal vai para o @Clube de Ciclismo de Alcobaça, que me acolheu com simpatia na sua autocaravana, onde pude deixar o meu saco e estar abrigada da chuva, além de me terem fornecido ajuda mecânica com as medidas autorizadas da Bike, e até alfinetes para o dorsal! Bem hajam! Tb não esqueço há uns anos atrás quem me convidou para o ciclismo, ainda a vertente feminina era tão reduzida que não justificava senão uma categoria Master Fem: a equipa @5quinas_team, obrigada meninas, foi bom rever-vos, não esqueço quem me ajudou em tempos. . Ci sono sicuramente molti fattori che possono influenzare l’esito di uno sprint nel ciclismo, primi fra tutti la condizione atletica e la capacità di leggere la situazione dell’atleta. Anche la biomeccanica può dare il suo contributo. Ci sono diverse ricerche (no, non sta diventando un nerd-post) che dimostrano che proprio durante lo sprint la muscolatura della coscia è quella che fornisce il maggior incremento di potenza (anche se a discapito dell’economia del gesto per quel breve frangente), che si traduce in velocità. Perciò la posizione può aiutare nell’arrivare al momento clou con una muscolatura pronta. Inoltre, lavorare su una posizione economica permette di risparmiare energie durante tutta la tappa/gara. Oltre a questo sappiamo (sempre grazie ad alcune ricerche) che la caviglia (quindi i muscoli che agiscono su di essa) è una delle articolazioni che contribuisce meno alla generazione di torque (coppia) ma è fondamentale nella sua trasmissione. Unfortunately I had to cut my season a little short this year. About 10 days ago in a Downhill race, I sent myself into the netting which twisted my left knee in ways it probably should not go. An MRI confirmed some major torn ligaments. Looking at about 9 months without my skis. Surgery: T-2 days. • • • With that said, I’ll be back. Stronger than ever too. He maintained the bike at the Museum in Bologna until it was purchased in 2012 by the vendor. Originally, the bike was delivered to Rino Caracchi (the C in NCR) who recognized the bike as one he was contracted to produce for the Ducati factory racing efforts in the 1980s. So happy to get my first World @enduro_gp Win! Was winning most of the day Saturday but unfortunately I came behind a slower rider and got stuck for quite a while which cost me the win.. A l’heure où les portes du @circuitnogaro se referment, c’est en leader du @cdfcamions que je repars des terres gasconnes. Un week end fantastique, avec des courses d’une intensité incroyable. Des bagarres dont je me souviendrai pendant un moment, et surtout un plaisir de piloter que je n’avais jusqu’ici jamais atteint.
