The moment I saw the art teasing her in “The Freddy Files,” I knew I wanted to cosplay her. Back then, she was known as “Freakshow Baby” by the fanbase and I was designing sketches and parts based on fan designs and my own imagination. When the game came out and I caught my first glimpse of her in DAGames’ let’s-play, I was even more motivated to cosplay her! Bringing Scrap Baby to life was my dream project. It had been about two years of dreaming from the day I saw her teaser to the day I wore her to MegaCon Orlando 2019. Elapsed, the costume took me 4 months and 3 weeks to build. Luckily for me, I had spent so long studying screenshots and Source Filmmaker models of her that I had almost memorized her design, and I was able to come up with parts of her as I went along, sketching ideas as a way of double-checking them. The build process was a rollercoaster of emotions. Sometimes, I would look at what I had on my mannequin and stare in awe of how it was coming together. Other times, I would sit on the floor of my garage and cry from the stress of it all. So entstanden bei 2 Jungs hier z.B. aus kleinen Pompoms richtig lustige Figuren. Der linke Allien hat sogar noch eine Hantel in die Hand bekommen.
