HAI MAI ASSAGGIATO LA NDUJA ? 🌶 🌶 La Nduja è uno dei più famosi, se non il più famoso, tra i prodotti alimentari calabresi. ll suo nome deriva dal francese andouille, che vuol dire salsiccia. Tipica di Spilinga in particolare, e di tutto il territorio di Vibo Valentia in generale; è un salame morbido, spalmabile, piccantissimo. Originariamente la nduja era un alimento povero, e veniva infatti preparato usando le parti meno nobili del maiale come interiora, trippa e polmoni. Al giorno doggi, invece, vengono destinate alla produzione della nduja le parti migliori del maiale, che vengono impastate con sale e peperoncino. Il tutto viene poi insaccato in budello naturale. Questo fantastico salume morbido viene poi leggermente affumicato prima di essere stagionato per alcuni mesi. È quasi superfluo sottolineare come la nduja, grazie al gusto squisito e al piccante dovuto a tanto peperoncino, viene da alcuni considerata afrodisiaca. (Anche la qualita del peperoncino ha la sua importanza per ottenere un risultato tanto caratteristico.) Tradizionalmente la Nduja di Spilinga viene servita spalmata su una fetta di pane abbrustolito caldo, come condimento per la pasta, o sulla pizza. Give The Gift Of Warmth: As the calendar turns to September and cooler weather is around the corner, Adopt A Native Elder needs to raise funding to provide firewood vouchers to all 850 Elders in the program. Elders like Jenny, from the photo, heat and cook using their wood burning stoves. Elders burn an average of 9 loads of firewood during the Winter to survive. On the Fall food runs, Adopt A Native Elder will be distributing firewood vouchers to every Elder who has not received one from their sponsor. In addition to the food run support, we hope to be able to provide a firewood voucher to every Elder in November and December. Distributing these firewood vouchers for every Elder will cost a minimum of $200,000.00. During these times of great struggle and loss on the reservation, Adopt A Native Elders goal is to not loose a single Elder to freezing to death this winter. I love to celebrate. It’s something that I practice regularly. В 1969 окончив высшую профсоюзную школу культуры Татьяна Завгородняя пришла работать в Дом культуры Энергетиков, ныне Дом культуры «Лозовый» где и работает по сей день. Благодаря ей более 1000 учеников и учениц открыли для себя прекрасный мир искусства, музыки и танца. За многолетний труд и воспитание подрастающего поколения она была награждена: отличительными знаками и медалями «За достижения в самодеятельном искусстве», почетными грамотами главы Партизанского городского округа, благодарственными письмами Думы Партизанского городского округа и почетной грамотой Департамента культуры Приморского края. С 2007 года Татьяна Григорьевна руководит взрослым составом танцевального коллектива «Элегия».
