No trainer growing up just playing outside watching you & emulating your moves helped inspire my imagination for the game. Watching your documentaries, interviews, hearing stories about how hard you worked and highlights helped me create a focus and drive that would never let me fail. Your work ethic drove me to the gym plenty early mornings and late nights to push myself to be the best I could be. Your competitive nature, killer instinct, and will to win helped create a killer within myself. Your ability to focus on the game no matter what was going on in your personal life helped me to try to do the same with any trails and tribulations I had going on in my own life. You are truly greatness personified(the highlight mixtape of you I watched before every game since 11th grade to college. Even still currently to this day). You are a legend and legends never die. I’ll never forget our talk during my rookie year after our game(my first start in the NBA). It helped shape my career. To be able to share the court, compete, and having conversations with my hoops hero is something I’ll forever cherish. Thank you for everything.
