SOBRE PERIODIZAR ➖➖➖ Já me zoaram na academia por chamar série de aluno de mesociclo. Mesmo sabendo que eu estava certa, tem horas que é melhor a gente se calar a iniciar uma discussão desnecessária. . . Você já fez uma viagem sem rota? Tem muita gente que faz, e até se divertem com o desconhecido, mas as chances de dar merda são muito maiores do que quando você planeja. É isso que acontece quando não se periodiza. . Periodizar é planejar o treinamento, e quem sabe planejar sabe lidar com imprevistos. Eu não preciso quemeu aluno compareça em todas as sessões de treinamento com disposição para fazer o que está proposto, pois eles não são atletas, mas eu preciso de um norteamento. . Às vezes o aluno só quer ir à academia fazer 3x10 e alongar na semana em que eu havia planejado que ele fizesse 6/20 ou um GVT, isso vai atrapalhar minha periodização? É claro que não! Os meso e microciclos não são cláusula petrea no treinamento, mas são necessarios para que eu e meu aluno saibamos de onde viemos e para onde vamos. . A maioria dos meus alunos são lesionados, eu também tenho minhas lesões, e sei da importância e da segurança que tem um bom planejamento na recuperação e no treinamento de pessoas lesionadas. . Se você acha que isso não é importante e consegue bons resultados, eu bato palmas para você, mas continuo preferindo sentar na frente do computador e planejar meus treinos a curto, médio e longo prazo, mesmo que o aluno pare de treinar comigo por qualquer motivo. Più passano gli anni (tanti) e più cerco di semplificare i concetti “nella splendida complessità” della nostra fisiologia. Con termine contrazione “isometrica” = “di pari dimensione” o “di pari lunghezza”, quando un muscolo produce forza senza variare la propria lunghezza (e quella degli altri muscoli coinvolti). Esistono diversi modi di utilizzare contrazioni isometriche in un programma di allenamento anche per atleti “maturi” che vogliono fare un “tagliando” al sistema nervoso in quanto un lavoro che usi isometriche può aiutarvi nel tempo ad aumentare la vostra capacità di reclutare fibre a contrazione veloce (HTMU: high threshold motor units). Questo è soprattutto vero per i principianti e per gli individui con un sistema nervoso centrale poco efficiente ma...la lama “nervosa” va sempre affilata;). L’allenamento della forza “gradisce” questa sollecitazione. Il motivo di questo miglioramento è dovuto al fatto che durante un’azione isometrica massimale viene reclutato un numero di unità motorie maggiore del 5-10% rispetto a quanto avviene durante un’azione concentrica dello stesso tipo. Potete utilizzare movimenti isometrici per potenziare i vostri normali esercizi di sollevamento pesi eseguendo anche 2 o 3 minuti prima della normale serie di sollevamento, una contrazione isometrica massimale della durata di 5-10 secondi come “innesco”, oppure 10-20” nella contrazione massima prima di partire con le ripetizioni complete. Il lavoro isometrico non solo è molto meno costoso in termini di energia rispetto alla normale attività di sollevamento pesi, ma causa anche molto meno problemi ai muscoli (vedi l’utilizzo nella riabilitazione). Molti movimenti atletici poi richiedono una forza di tipo isometrico. Quest’ultima è particolarmente importante per individui che praticano sport nei quali è richiesto il mantenimento di una posizione statica del corpo o nei quali siano presenti frequenti cambi di direzione. Esistono tre principali tipi di esercizi isometrici: isometrie di prevaricazione/sollevamento, isometrie di cedimento/abbassamento e isometrie dette “funzionali”...uno strumento allenante che non costruisce direttamente muscoli, ma....molto “sottovalutato”. - @docgabritrap on Instagram

Am Samstag den 26.09.2020.So hatten wir es ausgemacht, treffen wir uns vor dem Eingang des Volkmarser Kraftsportverein wieder ....Michaels ehemaliger Trainingsverein, unvergessen für ihn bis heute 🏋️♂️💪👍. Tatsächlich, wir waren überrascht, Ursula und ich wir fanden hier in Volkmarsen einen richtigen eingetragenen Sportverein, ohne wirtschaftliche Interessen zu verfolgen, eben ein Verein von Kraftsportler gegründet, der in Kürze sein 40 Jähriges bestehen feiern kann! ...👍💪 Top und Klasse, wir waren gleich herzlich willkommen hier. Michael und wir, es hat viel Spass gemacht hier zu trainieren in Volkmarsen, gerade mal 1/4 Stunde entfernt von unserem Zuhause... Es wurden hier viele Fotos und auch Videos gemacht, vom Michael natürlich aber auch von Ursula und mir ,mehr darüber später hier auf Instagram noch zu Posten... Wir kommen wieder nach hier zum trainieren dass war klar beim Abschied für uns alle gleichermaßen. Solche Vereins gründungen würden unseren Sport in vieler Hinsicht aufwerten, dieses ist aber eben nur unsere Meinung mehr nicht..... Push Highlights Back at regular gym after a week away traveling around different gyms and to be honest, eating completely off plan. Still nursing slight injuries to both pecs. The niggles kick in when deep into the lengthened position of the pec so the aim recently has been to fully stay within active range and try increase drop off in load in lengthened positions when i can. Baseline volume was ran for chest today and usual volume for delts & tris. Nautilus Chest Press 4.5pps x 6 One of the hardest and most unforgiving chest presses I’ve used. Far harder than other nautilus presses i’ve used in the past. Reverse Banded Smith 4pps x 7 Band used here to match the resistance profile of the smith to the strength profile of the pec. Advise to try do this where possible when deeper into the session as the pec fatigues. Also creates a drop off in load where i am currently most vulnerable. Machine Laterals 3 sets here as our second lateral movement. Final set ended with partials in the lengthened range and an iso hold to finish. As perdas de massa, força e função musculares relacionadas à idade (sarcopenia) representam ameaças significativas ao desempenho físico, independência e qualidade de vida. O grupo ativo (n = 184) recebeu vitamina D+ suplemento nutricional de proteína de soro de leite enriquecido com leucina para consumir duas vezes ao dia durante 13 semanas. O grupo de controle (n = 196) recebeu um produto de controle isocalórico para consumir duas vezes ao dia durante 13 semanas. Os resultados primários de força de preensão manual e pontuação SPPB e os resultados secundários do teste de cadeira-pé, velocidade de marcha, pontuação de equilíbrio e massa muscular apendicular (por DXA) foram medidos no início do estudo, semana 7 e semana 13 da intervenção. Resultados A força de preensão manual e o desempenho melhoraram em ambos os grupos, sem diferenças significativas entre os grupos. O grupo ativo melhorou mais no teste de suporte de cadeira em comparação com o grupo controle. O grupo ativo ganhou mais massa muscular apendicular do que o grupo controle. Esta intervenção de 13 semanas usando um suplemento nutricional oral de proteína de soro de leite enriquecido com vitamina D e leucina resultou em melhorias na massa muscular e na função das extremidades inferiores entre os idosos sarcopênicos. Este estudo mostra a prova de princípio de que a suplementação nutricional específica por si só pode beneficiar pacientes geriátricos, especialmente relevante para aqueles que são incapazes de se exercitar. You’ll notice that I did NOT do 6 sets of 4, but instead only managed 5 sets of 4 with a couple reps on the 6th set. The next time I come back to this exercise for a Muscle Round, guess what?… What would Dorian Do?… What would Dante do? What would Mentzer do? What would Jordan do? What would Scott McNally do?… What would anyone who wants to stimulate greater amounts of muscle do?… He / She would apply him/herself and get more reps with this load. In the FT system, one would / could: • Persist with this Load until 4+ reps are possible in the 6th set, and then increase the load (after which you’d lower the weight for the remaining sets - see a couple posts back and SIGNATURE LINE for more): — One might add MORE weight if wanting to re-start heavy, such that failure occurs in the 4th set (early in the MR), and work up, workout after workout, towards again getting 6 sets of 4. — Add LESS weight if you’d like to train a *bit* lighter (depending on the exercise, what works for you, etc.) and instead fail perhaps in the 5th set or even the 6th set, thereafter working up, workout after workout, towards again getting 6 sets of 4 (or more if capable of doing so in the 6th set). • Change it up and put this exercise LATER in the session, such that accumulated fatigue at the start is different and getting the same reps before failing (with this load) constitutes progression. • Use this exercise week after week (at the same place in the session or per the above), banging away at progression per the above, until it’s time to switch it out d/t lack of progress (or an unfortunate overuse issue occurs). • Toss this exercise in amongst a limited number of back exercises you utilize for MR’s (rotating in perhaps a somewhat orderly fashion), attempting to progress on all of them, rotating them in and out based on progression. AND / OR • Auto-regulate this exercise based on your current state: Low back soreness, soreness otherwise in the target muscle(s), perceived recovery or simply that you don’t have access to the machine. Expanding on from my IG story, approaching an improvement season with the intent of putting on as much size (ideally tissue) as possible has an imperative prerequisite to ensure it’s done as optimally as possible. That requisite being FOOD! - Fundamentally it isn’t complicated, if you want to grow you need to eat “A LOT”. Just because the concept is simple, it doesn’t make the physical action easy. - Consistency is numero uno! Every meal, every day must be ticked off. If you miss 2 meals a week, that’s 8 a month, 48 in 6 months. It adds up - Food selection! Select foods you respond well to from an digestive perspective, including calorific foods, reducing the volume, which essentially will reduce stress on the GI. - Treat meals aka “off plan meals” The objective here is to boost your caloric intake even more, while also allowing for some degree of normality in your life. However, still have the same thought process of selecting a meal that is palatable and is going to digest & assimilate efficiently. It’s been a rough off-season to say the least. With a fully torn hamstring keeping me from training legs for 6 months, and currently been out of the gym for the last 2 weeks from a knee and back injury. Mentally this has been a big struggle for me as I’ve never had anything hold me back from being able to train at 100%. Continuing to send my weekly check-ins knowing where I’m at has been very hard on me not being able to progress or workout. Für mich als Zahnmedizinstudent bedeutete das ein Desaster, denn die Semesterferien sind die einzige Möglichkeit, um mein Studium zu finanzieren. 💙🦷💙 Es hat mega Spaß gemacht und so wie es Aussieht, habe ich mit meiner Praxis, den Kollegen und meinen Chefs einen 6er im Lotto erwischt.
