After a lot of years here in New York, I never thought Id have a studio like this. Its just half of a room with a thin wall hobbled together to section off 150 square feet of heaven on Broadway downtown. Half a block from my 1 year old best friend, Madeline. Then the breaking news came that the building went condo. And I have to be out in a few days. The last three years have been a dream, having this place to come to everyday and work. I did my 20 to life here in New York, I could probably go another 20, but maybe its time. I dont know yet. But what i do know is — these prints would love to find new homes if anyone is interested.
