Orion I deleted my post by mistake. So here is it again. This was my first time pointing my camera at Orion Nebula. One of the easiest to find and one of the easiest to wreck. I tried retaining the highlights in the core but couldn’t do so fully. Next time I’ll take a series of images with half the exposure settings as of the outer regions. READ ME: TURN ON THE BRIGHTNESS TO FULL. Shot andromeda Galaxy last night.☺️ My first try on shooting a Galaxy. This picture is cropped and stretched a lot to pull out all the possible details of the Galaxy. Also had to post process with dodge and burn and many layers or curves and details in photoshop to make the clouds even more visible. Its very far from us thats why it is very hard to capture from just a camera, but still i did it. Andromeda galaxy is also known as spiral galaxy, distance is 2.5 million Light Years away from Earth.😇 Also, Andromeda Galaxy is slowly approaching towards our Milkyway Galaxy with a speed of 113 km/second and will endup colliding with our Galaxy in 4.5 billion years, its the twice the size of our milkyway galaxy with its own satellite Galaxies. So after the collision occurs after 4billion light years, the galaxy will called Milkymeda Galaxy(Milkyway+ Andromeda) But thats a long course, earth have to think about other problems before like, the sun will become a red supergiant swallowing all the planets in some next 2 billion years. So yes, we will not able to see the collision, not even the earth and our solar system will.🤗 But yes, this is a shot i’m really proud of❤️, the feeling after getting the output was priceless, super happy, but yeah more beautiful pictures are coming on its way. What more we can expect without a telescope and just with a camera.😇 Again, travelled 2.5million light years in One Hour, hope you enjoyed the view.❤️ Be Original #princetuhin . . . . #andromeda #andromedagalaxy #galaxy #science #space #photography #astrophysics #astro_photography_ #astronaut #astrology #astrophotography #astro #astronomy #astroworld #astronomy_eye #astrography_ #spacetime #spacex #beautiful #night #stars - @princetuhin on Instagram

Chapter 16 : M27, 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗘𝗕𝗨𝗟𝗔 ! Discovered in 1764 by Charles Messier, the Dumbbell Nebula is a planetary nebula which located in the constellation Vulpecula. It was also the first ever planetary nebula to be observed in the history of astronomy. The particular shape which is compared to to that of a dumbbell has earned this nebula the name that we know nowaday. At its brightness of visual magnitude 7.5, which makes it easily be seen in binoculars, even smaller telescopes can observe some of its details. Thats why M27 is a popular object among amateur astronomers. The nebula, at the end of its life, has shed its outer layers in a glowing display of color. The hot central star, consists of gas that has been ejected. They are heated by the intense ultraviolet radiation from this star and emit strongly at specific wavelengths. Consequently, these wavelengths then correspond to different atoms existing within the nebula, thus to the different colors that we can see. If you find it amazing, please like our photo for more interesting content ! Rho Ophiuchi widefield by Mario Cogo (Galax Lux) From NASA/APOD: The colorful clouds surrounding the star system Rho Ophiuchi compose one of the closest star forming regions. Rho Ophiuchi itself is a binary star system visible in the blue reflection nebula just to the left of the image center. The star system, located only 400 light years away, is distinguished by its multi-colored surroundings, which include a red emission nebula and numerous light and dark brown dust lanes. Near the lower left of the Rho Ophiuchi molecular cloud system is the yellow star Antares, while a distant but coincidently-superposed globular cluster of stars, M4, is visible just to the right of Antares. Near the image top lies IC 4592, the Blue Horsehead nebula. The blue glow that surrounds the Blue Horseheads eye -- and other stars around the image -- is a reflection nebula composed of fine dust. On the featured image right is a geometrically angled reflection nebula cataloged as Sharpless 1. Here, the bright star near the dust vortex creates the light of surrounding reflection nebula. Although most of these features are visible through a small telescope pointed toward the constellations of Ophiuchus, Scorpius, and Sagittarius, the only way to see the intricate details of the dust swirls, as featured above, is to use a long exposure camera. http://galaxlux.com/ • Tag #TheNakedSingularity for a feature ✌🏻 Clear Skies 🌌 #astrophotography #astronomy #deepsky #photography #telescope #nightsky #astrophysics #rhoophiuchi #stars #widefield #starscape #instalike #instagood #igers #cosmos #stargazing #lookup - @thenakedsingularity on Instagram

This is a widefield view one of my favorite objects: NGC 7635, the bubble nebula. It also includes a lot of interresting objects. This was taken from my front year. The last two photos are my first attempt I did in this target 11 months ago when I first started in astrophoto, it’s crazy to see the difference, going from a modded dslr to @zwoasi 294Mc-pro is a major factor! The bubble is created by the stellar wind from a massive hot young central star. The nebula is near a giant molecular cloud which contains the expansion of the bubble nebula while itself being excited by the hot central star, causing it to glow. Pretty awesome! The widefield view also includes: Sh 2-157, M52, NGC 7538 and part of Sh 2-161. Messier 20 Trifid Nebula Visit here to see full size image and plate solve: https://www.astrobin.com/full/esyhqs/0/?real=&mod= Captured on Friday, July 10th at Cloudland Canyon State Park with the Barnard Astronomical Society. Half the image was acquired before the 50% Moon come up, the other have acquired with the moon rising before calibration frames and a break for comet Neowise. A short video of the acquisition can be seen here: https://youtu.be/GxkL32vo7lY About: From wiki -The Trifid Nebula (catalogued as Messier 20 or M20 and as NGC 6514) is an H II region located in Sagittarius. It was discovered by Charles Messier on June 5, 1764. Its name means divided into three lobes. The object is an unusual combination of an open cluster of stars; an emission nebula (the lower, red portion), a reflection nebula (the upper, blue portion) and a dark nebula (the apparent gaps within the emission nebula that cause the trifurcated appearance; these are also designated Barnard 85). Viewed through a small telescope, the Trifid Nebula is a bright and peculiar object, and is thus a perennial favorite of amateur astronomers. How beautiful is this galaxy! 😍⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A popular target for astronomers because of its picturesque appearance, M63 also known as NGC 5055 or the Sunflower Galaxy, is found in the constellation of the Hunting Dogs (Canes Venatici). This amazing Hubble image shows the bright centre of the galaxy, with its curling arms littered with blue clusters of hot and young stars, interwinding dust lanes and red emission nebulae where stars are being formed. 🌌⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ M63 has strong gravitational interaction with M51 (the Whirlpool Galaxy) and several smaller galaxies within its group. The galaxy is 35,000,000 light-years away and about 60,000 light-years in diameter. This galaxy also has a very interesting trait, the stars towards the outside rotate around the centre at a speed so high that they should fly off into space. The fact that these stars don’t do this is a telltale sign of gravitationally-binding dark matter that’s found within the galaxy. 💥⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ LIKE IF YOU LEARNT SOMETHING NEW! 🌌⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow @thedailygalactic for more! 🎆⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Credit: ESA, NASA, Hubble 📸 - @thedailygalactic on Instagram

A Galactic Gem FORS2, an instrument mounted on ESO’s Very Large Telescope captured the spiral galaxy NGC 3981 in all its glory. The image, captured during the ESO Cosmic Gems Programme, showcases the beauty of the southern skies when conditions don’t allow scientific observations to be made. The sensitive gaze of FORS2 revealed NGC 3981’s spiral arms, strewn with vast streams of dust and star-forming regions, and a prominent disc of hot young stars. The galaxy is inclined towards Earth, allowing astronomers to peer right into the heart of this galaxy and observe its bright centre, a highly energetic region containing a supermassive black hole. Also shown is NGC 3981’s outlying spiral structure, some of which appears to have been stretched outwards from the galaxy, presumably due to the gravitational influence of a past galactic encounter. For more information check the link in bio. Image credit: @esoastronomy #spiral #galaxy #eso #universe #astronomy #science #nebula #stars #galaxy #paranal #vlt #photogram #spaceisbeautiful #neverstopexploring #instaspace - @esoastronomy on Instagram

Whats all of the commotion in the Tadpole Nebula? Star formation. Dusty emission in the Tadpole Nebula, IC 410, lies about 12,000 light-years away in the northern constellation of the Charioteer (Auriga). The cloud of glowing gas is over 100 light-years across, sculpted by stellar winds and radiation from embedded open star cluster NGC 1893. Formed in the interstellar cloud a mere 4 million years ago, bright newly formed cluster stars are seen all around the star-forming nebula. Notable near the image center are two relatively dense streamers of material trailing away from the nebulas central regions. Potentially sites of ongoing star formation in IC 410, these cosmic tadpole shapes are about 10 light-years long. The featured image was taken in infrared light by NASAs Wide Field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) satellite. Credit NASA - @astronomyuniverse on Instagram

NGC 3572 and the Southern Tadpoles This cosmic skyscape features glowing gas and dark dust clouds along side the young stars of NGC 3572. A beautiful emission nebula and star cluster in far southern skies, the region is often overlooked by astroimagers in favor of its brighter neighbor, the nearby Carina Nebula. Stars from NGC 3572 are toward the upper left in the telescopic frame that would measure about 100 light-years across at the clusters estimated distant of 9,000 light-years. The visible interstellar gas and dust is part of the star clusters natal molecular cloud. Dense streamers of material within the nebula, eroded by stellar winds and radiation, clearly trail away from the energetic young stars. They are likely sites of ongoing star formation with shapes reminiscent of the cosmic Tadpoles of IC 410 better known to northern skygazers. In the coming tens to hundreds of millions of years, gas and stars in the cluster will be dispersed though, by gravitational tides and by violent supernova explosions that end the short lives of the massive cluster stars.
