Once Canada starts complaining about the noise, you know something needs to be done to keep everyone safe and happy. //I love when I can get as many of my model team girls together as I can! It’s always such a blast. 🤗 ••• This year has been a bit of a struggle but we’ve been making it work as best we can. First dealing with the ‘joys’ of COVID, then struggling with all the different schedules of these girls going to school - virtually or back on campus - and still continuing to work. And with such a large team this year, WHOA! Mit der Überwachung von Hunderten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern des Servicecenters in Nürnberg habe der Konzern gegen den Datenschutz verstoßen, begründete der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz, Johannes Caspar, am Donnerstag den Erlass. Der vorliegende Fall dokumentiere eine schwere Missachtung des Beschäftigtendatenschutzes. Das verhängte Bußgeld ist dementsprechend in seiner Höhe angemessen und geeignet, Unternehmen von Verletzungen der Privatsphäre ihrer Beschäftigten abzuschrecken, betonte er. Der Fall liegt in der Zuständigkeit des Hamburger Datenschutzbeauftragten, weil das Unternehmen seine Deutschland-Zentrale in der Hansestadt hat. Die Vorgänge waren im vergangenen Jahr bekannt geworden. Nach Angaben der Behörde wurden mindestens seit 2014 bei einem Teil der Beschäftigten Angaben zu ihren privaten Lebensumständen umfangreich erfasst und gespeichert. Nach Urlaubs- und Krankheitsabwesenheiten hätten Vorgesetzte einen Welcome Back Talk geführt und anschließend in etlichen Fällen nicht nur konkrete Urlaubserlebnisse, sondern auch Krankheitssymptome und Diagnosen dokumentiert. Einige Vorgesetzte hätten sich auch über Einzel- und Flurgespräche ein breites Wissen über das Privatleben ihrer Mitarbeitenden angeeignet, das von eher harmlosen Details bis zu familiären Problemen sowie religiösen Bekenntnissen reichte, hieß es. Ausdrücklich positiv bewertete Caspar das Bemühen der Konzernleitung, die Betroffenen vor Ort zu entschädigen und das Vertrauen in das Unternehmen als Arbeitgeber wiederherzustellen. I have one area in the back of my head where the hair always breaks off. Sometimes I fall asleep with my hair in a ponytail and this is a contributing factor. A high ponytail is a chic and easy go to look but if you aren’t careful it can cause damage. The hair at the front hairline and throughout the crown is the most delicate and regularly tying it up in the same spot can weaken the hair and cause breakage. Another bad habit of mine is towel drying my hair. Below we are going to give you tips and tricks for stronger locks. Always make sure your hair is dry when you tie it up. When your hair is wet, it’s at its weakest and tying it up can cause it to break. Use a wet brush on damp hair. Using nylon or boar bristles on wet hair can cause breakage. Also, don’t brush from the root. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Wear your hair down when you sleep. Sleeping with a ponytail can cause your hair to pull as you move your head around. Use a serum or leave in conditioner on your hair before putting it into a ponytail. This will ensure your hair is smooth and hydrated, helping your hair tie to glide over your hair easily. Give your hair a break by switching up your ponytail height and alternating with looser styles. Constantly tying it tightly in the same spot can weaken the hair. Use a non damaging hair tie. A hair tie with metal on it can snag the hair and super tight elastic ties can dent the hair and cause breakage. The hair tie sits in a very delicate place, when it’s in a ponytail. In order to protect your hair, use a non damaging hair tie or a scrunchie. Don’t pull at the hairline too tightly. The hair is weakest around this area and constant tight pulling can shock the hair follicles, causing breakage and damage. Remove your hair tie carefully. Lee Gallery in Dallas, where they were first exhibited. Consisting of blue, green, yellow and pink fluorescent light it illuminates the dark recesses of a room, an area often neglected by artists. As one of his most intriguing works, the corner sculptures play with our perceptions of space and light. Its rich blue light gently mingles with the backlit green, yellow and pink to create a dramatic sunset of rainbow colours that penetrates into the deep corner of the room. Wie kam es dazu, dass Hannah bundesweit bekannt wurde und nun mit dem Verdienstorden ausgezeichnet wird? Vor ziemlich genau drei Jahren bastelte die damals 14-Jährige Schülerin zusammen mit einer Lehrerin eine neue Hülle für ihren Schwerbehindertenausweis. Schwerbehindert, das war für Hannah, die das Down-Syndrom hat, nicht richtig. Im Gegenteil: Hannah findet sich selbst Schwer-in-Ordnung. Und das sollte künftig auch auf ihrem Ausweis stehen. Ich möchte, dass mein Ausweis umbenannt wird, schrieb sie damals in einer Geschichte über ihre Idee, die in der Zeitschrift Kids Aktuell - Magazin zum Downsyndrom veröffentlicht wurde. Ich möchte, dass er Schwer-in-Ordnung-Ausweis heißt. Ein Twitter-User fand Hannahs Geschichte in der Zeitschrift und teilte sie in dem sozialen Netzwerk. Der Tweet wurde tausendfach weiterverbreitet und geliked. Er erreichte schließlich Sozialministerien in ganz Deutschland, die Hannahs Initiative aufgriffen. Heute gibt es ihre Schwer-in-Ordnung-Ausweishüllen in neun Bundesländern. Allein in Schleswig-Holstein wurden sie laut Sozialministerium etwa 500 Mal rausgegeben, deutschlandweit bereits mehr als 10.000 Mal. Dass Hannah für Ihre Idee zum Schwer-in-Ordnung-Ausweis einmal mit dem Bundesverdienstkreuz ausgezeichnet wird, damit hätte die junge Halstenbekerin nicht gerechnet, erzählt sie und freut sich auf ihren Termin mit Bundespräsident Steinmeier . Da werden Menschen ausgezeichnet, die etwas bewegt haben in der Welt, sagt sie stolz.
