(รูปสุดท้ายคือโชว์ผลลัพธ์แบบจะๆ ไม่มีการใช้แอพฯ กลบรอยสิวรอยดำใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น ผลจากการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ล้วนๆ ค่ะ) 🙇🏻♀️😍👏 . ปกติยุ้ยจะชอบรองพื้นวาวๆ ฉ่ำๆ แต่ตอนนี้สิวขึ้นเยอะมากแล้วขึ้นแบบเม็ดเบ้งๆ ผิวไม่เรียบ ทิ้งรอยไว้อีกต่างหาก ขุดหารองพื้นและคอนซีลเลอร์ในคลังว่ามีอะไรบ้าง ค้นพบสองชิ้นนี้เลยเอามาใช้ ปรากฏว่าอย่างที่เห็นคือกลบเกลี้ยง!!!! เนียนสนิท!!! เหมือนผิวไม่ผ่านสมรภูมิสิวอะไรมาเลยในชีวิต แล้วคือสัมผัสเบาสบายผิวมากและติดทนนานมากด้วย ถ้าไม่ถึงขนาดไปออกกำลังกายเหงื่อท่วมร่าง แค่เหงื่อซึมๆ นี่ก็ยังอยู่ ไม่หลุดไปไหน ใช้ 2-3 หยดได้ทั่วใบหน้าและคอ ย้ำช่วงรอยสิวหน่อยนึง คือลงรอบเดียวกริบเลย! While our #separation is mutual and we’re trying really hard to be awesome co-parents who work together and treat each other with kindness, #heartbreak is complicated. Grief is fucking hard. 💔 When you realize that the person who said they would love you for years and years to come isn’t able to actually love you in the ways you want and need, it’s devastating. We’re both dealing with that, and all the anger and sadness that comes with it. Hoping time and space will allows us to heal and grow in ways we’ve not been able to do while together. I’m trying hard in this moment not to feel #unloveable or like a failure. I spent my birthday last weekend in the woods working on self-love and trying to build inner peace, strength, and resilience, as I know I’m going to need it for everything that comes next. I don’t just mean moving forward after this relationship. There’s so much work to be done in this world, and I need to be good with myself if I don’t want to add to the #pain 2020 has been such an intense year for almost everyone. I’m hopeful all of this, both the very personal stuff and the great big global stuff, are the throes of revolutionary change. This week (and forever, probably, but in smaller waves) I will grieve. Перелом позвоночника, тазовых костей, тяжелая операция, несколько месяцев реабилитации и новорождение. По прогнозам специалистов ходить, рожать детей, да и выжить я не должна была. Однако, любовь и поддержка моих близких не дали сломить мой дух. Первым делом, как я встала на ноги и научилась заного ходить, как вы думаете, куда я пошла?)
