Got this set in every colour for a reason😭😍 @doyoueven I get SO many questions about my nutrition, so Ive put together what a typical day for me can look like. During the summer I eat out at restaurants a lot, but I still meal prep every week. My current calorie intake is around 2600-3000 calories, sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less. I always try to eat at least 2 G protein per kg body weight(62 kgs x 2=124 G protein each day). But very often my protein intake is higher than this🙏🏽 Im going to be honest and say that I dont care about how much fat or carbs I eat, I only track my calories and my protein at the moment. In some periods, I track everything but most of the time I just make sure to lift heavy and eat enough calories + protein. It wouldn’t work for me to be super picky with everything I eat, because I love food😂😍 For nutrition and recipes of my meals, swipe and read on the pictures. MEAL 1. Usually eat this for breakfast or lunch, sometimes I add some olive oil to increase the calories even more. MEAL 2. A gainer Ive created myself, both me and @filippafranssoon use this one when we want to gain or when our appetite is a bit low. The protein powder I use in my gainer is from @awarenutrition Hands down the best protein Ive ever tried😭 Usually take this meal before my workouts. MEAL 3. This is the meal I eat after my workouts. I try to have at least 25-30 G protein in this meal. I almost always have chicken or salmon as my protein source, together with potatoes or sweet potatoes. I like rice and pasta as well, but I am obsessed with potatoes 🥔😭 MEAL 4. A protein shake or a protein bar. MEAL 5. This is usually my last meal, and It is often the same food as meal 3. If I asked you what was your #1 goal right now, what would it be? 💫⁣ ⁣ Then if I asked you what was currently holding you back, how long would your list be? ⁣ ⁣ Then... What if I asked if YOU feature on that list, how far down would you be? 😳⁣ ⁣ So often we tend to overlook the main thing that can help (or hinder) us in achieving our goals — ourselves. 🙈⁣ ⁣ And to take responsibility that we are in the driving seat of our own lives can be pretty dang uncomfortable. 😬⁣ ⁣ This is because our egos hate taking responsibility and thrive on certainty. Anything that starts with “I am” is an ego statement. ⁣ ⁣ “I am so unlucky.”⁣ “I am broke.”⁣ “I am so busy.”⁣ ⁣ All ego statements.⁣ ⁣ And they keep coming true because our egos go hunting for evidence to maintain that certainty.⁣ ⁣ Even if that means blaming it on something external. 🤯⁣ ⁣ So, our ego may say something like “I’m not fit and healthy because my work is so busy.”⁣ ⁣ Buuuuut...⁣ ⁣ If you said “I’m not fit and healthy because I don’t make it a priority” — how would that make you feel? (Pretty uncomfortable, amirite?)⁣ ⁣ However, if take responsibility straight up, we can start changing things for the better.⁣ ⁣ If we flip our thinking, even if we feel like the world is against us, we can use each challenge in order to grow! All humans have challenges — trauma, hurt, hardship, worry, loss, anxiety. But instead of asking “why does this always happen to me?” try saying “what is this teaching me?” and see what happens. 😉⁣ ⁣ Changing your perception of each situation will allow you to tackle each challenge more effectively. When I first started YTT in 2011 one of the first things I remember my teacher saying was if you can’t change your situation, change your perspective and that is advice I return to over and over again. If you aren’t willing to chose to change your situation or you are unable to because it’s beyond your reach, you owe it to yourself to change the way you are looking at it and accept it. The mind is so powerful and so creative that you really can change your life by changing the thoughts you bring in. The hardest part is getting quiet enough to listen to your Self. Then replace the thoughts that aren’t healthy with positive and healthy ones that will get you where you want to be. We let so much noise in, it only becomes more and more challenging to tune in but the tools are there. Remember the things you watch, listen to and read are YOUR choice. The next chapter... _ Back up in luff for a few days to clean the lil flat and move out for good. Fun fact 2 years ago I was packing up to move house back home in devon _ Feeling very ready to clear everything out and close the door in that chapter of my life. Don’t get me wrong I loved my time here but it will always be tainted by illness/injury _ A bit of a weird day yesterday with pain levels crazy due to the last few days and driving. Being back in the flat by myself also brought back a lot of memories of the last year. The amount of times I lay flat on the floor because of pain panic phoning @mumma_waves, kneeling at my desk because I couldn’t sit any longer, voice noting @deadliftsarebae when I came off one of my meds... _ Very ready to leave those days behind me. ✨Avant/Après✨ A gauche, une photo qui a été prise en juillet. A droite, ma shape de ce matin. Entre les deux, il s’est passé 7 jours d’hospitalisation sans quasiment rien manger. 4 kilos en moins ! -4cm de tour de cuisse. -4cm de tour de hanche. Le dos, je ne l’avais pas mesuré avant l’hospitalisation. C’est incroyable le temps et les efforts qu’il est nécessaire de fournir pour arriver à se construire un physique qu’une seule petite semaine peut réduire à néant. Mais il parait que la vie est un éternel recommencement, dans ce domaine j’ai une certaine expérience 😅. Je vais donc me reprendre en main, mais il va falloir faire preuve de patience. D’abord, parce que je ne pense pas retrouver une alimentation normale avant quelques semaines. Ensuite, parce que dans mon état d’aujourd’hui, je me peux pas reprendre le sport. TOTAL BOOTY/AT HOME. No equipment needed for this workout but if u want to make it harder definitely add some dumbells. 1. Side to side squats with a sqat in between each side. Do a total of 30. 2. Kneeling back kicks 20 on each side, make sure you drive that toe towards the ceiling. 3. Reverse lunge with a knee tuck 20 on each leg. 4. Put your feet together and push your hips in.
