HI, FALL – WE MISSED YOU! :: Here are some ideas on how to celebrate the beginning of the (best) season. 🕊 Reflect on the fruits of Summer. Honor and allow those experiences to integrate. Journal on lessons learned, highlights, areas that could use some love & attention. If you’re feeling inspired, write out your vision for life in the next 6 months (pumpkin spice lattes, not shaving and baggy sweaters included). 🧘♀️ Quick yoga flow to loosen up the joints. Stretching becomes particularly important as the weather cools off and we tend to curl and cuddle up more (sorry, posture). Establish the habit of gently opening your body early in the season. 🍁 Take a work-break walk. Smell the air, hunt for changing leaves... let it serve as a reminder that life is a continuous cycle, constantly evolving even if when we may feel internally stuck. 🦋 Declutter your space. Think of it as manifesting spaciousness in the inside by physically creating space on the outside. 🌀 Smudge your newly clean space. Open all the windows, light your smudge stick, and walk slowly around the room holding the intention of cleansing any meh energy. 🛀 Take a ritual bath. Let your family or roomies known this is “you” time (even 15 min will do), light some candles, add purifying herbs or oils to your bath like peppermint, lavender or rosemary. Also a great time to reflect on lessons of Summer and dreams for Fall. 💛 Dance, dance, dance. Even if you don’t have time for anything else, shake what your mama gave you and let joy fill you up.
