Jeff Dudum (he is majority owner— he also owns Rooftop, Coffee Shop, Maria Maria) would instruct security to “get them out” because he “didn’t want any trouble.” The other girl was “forced out” and written off the schedule for “behavioral issues” and I resigned due to it being a toxic work environment. Justin and Jeff would always allow WCPD off duty officers to use the back door/employee entrance to skip the line. They got free drinks and food and in exchange the bar was never penalized for the countless altercations that occurred during and after business hours. This place should have had their liquor license stripped YEARS ago. BH is vehemently racist and toxic. This is just the tip of the iceberg... the rest goes into labor law violations, sexual harassment, etc. I believe both of these individuals need to be held accountable for their part in spreading racism and hatred, and for their complete disregard for human rights.
