📚 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐀𝐑 𝐎𝐔 𝐍Ã𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐀𝐑: 𝐄𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓Ã𝐎 📚 Boa noite, gente! Como vocês estão? Espero que bem! No post de hoje vou falar um pouquinho sobre a minha experiência com marcação de livros 💭Então, eu já tive muitas fases. Já tive a minha fase que “ai meus livros são intocáveis não podem ter um arranhão” “ai certeza que vou lembrar dessa frase, não preciso marcar” e, sinto dizer, essa fase durou muitos anos. 💭Em 2018, passei a marcar as frases mais impactantes ou que eu achava que iam ter alguma influência em outros livros (se fosse uma série/saga) ou no resto do livro com marca texto. Era uma opção legal mas eu sou o tipo de pessoa que quando pega no livro quer ver o que marcou, e com marca texto é muito mais complicado de achar! Nunca que eu vou lembrar cada página que eu marquei né até porque minha memória é péssima. 💭 Só em março desse ano que comecei a usar post it e foi a melhor coisa que já fiz na minha vida! É a solução perfeita! Com eles eu consigo achar as citações de novo! Eu achei a coisa mais incrível do mundo, sério! Já vi que tem gente que usa lápis de cor e post it e acho uma ideia muito massa também. Em julho eu comecei a fazer anotações nos livros também, de início fiquei com muita pena de rabiscar eles mas depois foi... libertador? Sei lá, parece que a gente tá conversando com o livro e nem pensem que eu anoto coisas importantes porque na maioria das vezes são coisas bestas tipo “meu deus????” ou “passada” ou “eita” mas eu gosto muito, dá um toque muito pessoal pro livro! 💭Esses dias vi em um post da Hendy do @madrugueilendo (perfeita) dicas de o que marcar durante a leitura e achei incríveis as dicas!! Tinha alguns termos que eu marcava e nem conhecia tipo foreshadowhing, que é marcar informações que podem influenciar em outras partes do livro e ajuda muito pra fazer teorias! 💭 O que eu mais costumo marcar são: cenas que eu achei muito incríveis, marcantes e/ou engraçadas, frases impactantes que me fazem refletir e foreshadowing! Mas já vou dizendo: começar a marcar é um caminho sem volta! Toda vez que pego um livro agora tem que ter marca página, lápis e post it do lado. CONTINUA NOS COMENTÁRIOS - @literastra on Instagram

Bullet journal spread for the month of August. I’m back to pink (heyy, it’s my birth month and it’s my favorite color. Let me be. Haha) 💖 I also let go of the checklist and notes section this month...because basically, I let myself rest. I let go of pressure, and just let myself have all the sleep I want. And instead of the usual highlight of the month section, I reflected on my milestones this year thus far. I only wrote (considered) three. Not bad, I guess. It’ll be 6 months since quarantine started here in the Philippines. And although I’m enjoying working from home, I miss the freedom of just going out and being spontaneous. Now you need to have an agenda for going outside – either running errands or stocking up on groceries. God, I miss the presence of people and absorbing a place’s vitality. 最近はじめたこと📝 〰️ インスタライブでお話したけど、 最近、朝起きてTO DOメモを書く ✍🏻 ということをはじめました。 ずーっと家で仕事してるのもあり コロナ禍でぼんやり過ごしちゃうのが なんとなく気になってしまい。 1日をちゃんと生きた！ 今日はアレをやろう！ みたいな感覚がほしくて、 TO DOメモをやってみたら 1日1日を有意義に過ごせた、おすすめ。 iPadとかスマホのメモ機能でも やってみたけど、私には紙があってた。 仕事のデスクの上に置いておいておけば、 すぐ目に入るし、思いついた時にすぐ書ける。 はじめはチラシの裏とかに書いてたけど、 どうせなら！とおもってAmazonで数百円の メモ帳買いました。 〰️ コツは、 ・ワクワクすることも書く ・TO DOのハードルを下げる （お菓子食べる！とか、30分湯船つかるとか） ・できなくても落ち込まない ことかな。 難しいこと書くとやるまでのハードルが あがってしまうし、できなかったときに 「あー、今日もできなかった」てなるのは 精神衛生上あんまりよくないから😂 ただ、外からの刺激があまりないからこそ ちょっと意識して生活してみるってだけで 気のせいかもしれないけど、 マインドが変わったので、シェアしてみました！ 〰️ ちなみに、、 チャキチャキいろんなことやってそうな イメージを持たれがちだけど（笑） 基本引きこもりだし（家大好き😭✨） 気を抜くとダラダラしてるし、 寝るの大好きだし、ズボラだし、 家もすぐ散らかるし、 自慢できるような生活全然してない ← 人間だもの。完璧に出来ないよ。 #todolist #メモ帳 #todoメモ #毎日の日課 #カスタマイズエブリデイ #メモリスト - @shokommr on Instagram

これまで @kodona_tokyo をご愛顧いただいた皆様、 本当にありがとうございました。改めて、昨日3/31をもちましてkodonaを卒業させていただきました。 沢山のお客様、そして温かいスタッフに見送られ、もう胸がいっぱいです。 * * 全ての始まりは6年前で、当時、画面越しに見ていた憧れの存在でもあった @iccho_0224 さんに街で偶然出会って、そこで一緒に仕事をしないか？と誘われたことでした。何をするかも、私に何ができるかも分からなかったけれど、何か楽しそうってそれだけの気持ちで飛び込んでいった時のことを今でも鮮明に覚えています。それから一緒に古着屋をやることになり、その頃はまだ大学生でした。わたしの中では当たり前に就活して、社会人になるつもりだったのに…もうお店のことで無我夢中になってしまって、就活なんて忘れていました。でもやはり未来に対して不安がなかった訳ありません。それでも先が見えない、どこに行き着くかも分からない道の方が面白いなって卒業後もkodonaを続けることにしました。 * kodonaを通して多くの繋がりができました。kodona外でのお仕事もいただけたり、考えてもみなかった様々な出会いや経験を積むことができました。あの時、ICCHOさんについていく！お店をやる！って決断をしたことを一度も後悔したことはありません。むしろあの時の自分に感謝しています。 * けれど、この数年間は決して楽しいことばかりではなくて、思うようにいかないことや辛かったり、傷ついたり、そんなことも沢山ありましたが、ここまで続けて来られたのは、間違いなく周りで支えてくれたスタッフ(色んなスタッフと働いたなぁ…今考えると面白いくらい皆んな濃かったなぁ…)、そして何よりお客さまのおかげです。 * 私の選んだ服を着てあんなに喜ぶ顔をみれて、わざわざ時間を作って遠方からも会いに来てくれて、ねぇご飯行こって私のことお姉ちゃんや妹みたいに接してくれて、本当バカみたいな話も真面目な相談事も深夜までしたり…みんなとのかけがえのない時間が本当に幸せで、お店を続ける意味を貰っていたし、私の生きがいになっていました。 * みんなは今までありがとうって言うけれど、私の方がみんなに本当にありがとうだよ。 みんなとの出会いと過ごした時間は私の宝物です。 * まだまだあんなことできたなぁって。もっとしたかったことあったなぁって。やり残したことや後悔もあります。自分の未熟さも感じています。正直、やりきったとは思えないし、後ろ髪を引かれる思いではあるのですが、それでも私はそろそろまた行き先不明の旅に出たいなって気持ちの方が大きくなって、この悔しさは今後に生かしていきたいと思います。 もっと成長して、みんなへの恩も返していきたいと思います。 なので、本当に急なお別れになってしまって申し訳ないのですが、きっとまた会える日まで！！！それまでみんなどうか待っていて下さい。元気でいてください。 * 4月からはまったく今までとは違う環境へ行きます。不安もありますが、面白い方へ、楽しい方へ、私の生き方を模索しに行きたいと思います。人生やったもん勝ち！楽しんだもん勝ち！そんな感じで楽しくやります。 * 本当にこれまでお世話になりました全ての皆様へ、心からありがとうございました。 そして今後ともkodonaを宜しくお願い致します。kodonaがずっと愛される場でありますように。 * sahomi - @sahomi_nakanishi on Instagram

Di setiap masalah, kita selalu bersandar kepada kekuatanNya. Di setiap pencobaan, kita selalu mencari Bapa dan duduk diam dibawah kakiNya. . Tuhan bekerja dibalik setiap proses kita. Kita akan dibuat semakin serupa denganNya. Karakter kita akan dibentuk. Di proses pembentukan itu mungkin kita akan mengalami hal-hal yang gak enak dan gak nyaman. Tapi bukan berarti hal itu gak baik buat kita. Justru hal-hal yang kadang gak kita sukai, yang bagus buat kita. . Kadang Tuhan gak selalu kasih kita yang enak, karna Tuhanlah yang paling tau apa yang kita BUTUHKAN! Kita cuman tau dan demand apa yang kita MAU! Tapi rencana Tuhan lebih dahsyat dari pikiran kita, Ia menyediakan apa yang gak pernah dilihat oleh mata, dan gak pernah didengar oleh telinga, dan yang gak pernah timbul di dalam hati kita ❤ . Di balik setiap PROSES, Tuhan udah siapkan LEVEL UP! Di balik setiap MASALAH, Tuhan udah siapkan JALAN KELUAR! Di balik setiap PENCOBAAN, Tuhan udah siapkan KEMENANGAN! .
