Its absurd how even after years , whenever my door bell rings , The level of serotin in my body rushes up to the thought of you retiring back home before the day falls. You surely have no clue , but this sunflower still awaits you. I still wear your turquoise tshirt while i write , because it indulges me in aroma of you and you still are my muse. You always said , that i romanticized agony by my verses , but see how poetic my destruction turned out for you. Irony. 5 ПРОСТЫХ УПРАЖНЕНИЙ, КОТОРЫЕ ИЗБАВЯТ ТЕБЯ ОТ ВТОРОГО ПОДБОРОДКА НАВСЕГДА ⠀ Четкий овал лица - один из признаков молодости, в то время как второй подбородок и линии (их еще называют “кольца Венеры”) на шее сразу же выдают или прибавляют тебе возраста. К сожалению, нитевой лифтинг лица или филлеры станут лишь временным решением проблемы. Точнее, тебе придется стать заложником косметологов и регулярно отдавать им огромные деньги за поддержание красоты. Но можно пойти по-другому сценарию, взяв ситуацию в прямом смысле слова в свои руки, и ежедневно выполнять несколько простых упражнений самомассажа. ⠀ Упражнения № 1, 2 Проработай подъязычно-челюстные мышцы: большим и указательным пальцами (средним тоже можешь себе помогать) захвати группу мышц ровно под подбородком, плавными движениями влево-вправо разминай мышцы в течение одной минуты. Для эффективности советуем повторять его не менее 3 раз в течение дня. Обрати внимание, что, выполняя это упражнение, шею затрагивать нельзя! Потом сразу же переходи ко второму упражнению: согни указательный палец крючком, зафиксировав его большим пальцем, и начни словно подворачивать кожу внутрь к зубам. Пройди по всему контуру лица 3 раза. ⠀ Упражнение № 3 Разомни боковые мышцы шеи: захвати мышцу пальцами и плавными движениями массажируй ее по всей поверхности в течение 1-2 минут. Тут тебе придется поработать сразу двумя руками. ⠀ Упражнение № 4 Положи одну руку на грудь, слегка натяни кожу вниз. Широко улыбнись и начни кивать головой, поворачивая ее из стороны в сторону. Выполняй упражнение в течение минуты и помни, что улыбка не должна сходить с твоего лица. ⠀ Упражнение № 5 Еще одно суперэффективное упражнение, а точнее лимфодренажный массаж вакуумными банками, без которого не обойтись. Он помогает снять зажимы, способствует циркуляции крови и выработке коллагена, а как следствие — избавляет от второго подбородка и подтягивает мышцы шеи. Единственный момент — такой массаж противопоказан людям с куперозом и розацеей. Тепло, уютно, книга. ⠀ Что ещё необходимо для хорошего настроения? С учетом того, что все родные здоровы и счастливы. Можно ещё чашку горячего чая с молоком, кота под боком, блокнот с кучей идей, планов, проектов, предвкушение интересного впереди. ⠀ Я была неактивной эти дни, потому что не было вдохновения, настроения. У всех же бывает такое? Не хочу давить из себя посты и видео, потому что «надо». Возможно, кто-то считает, что обязательно выставлять каждый день или с очередностью, я не такого мнения. Мне кажется, что будет честно снимать и писать тогда, когда хочется и есть о чем. ⠀ Сегодня мне просто захотелось написать о своих ощущениях. Как же приятно, когда светит весеннее тёплое солнышко, когда не надо надевать три пары колготок с начесом, когда идёшь по сухому асфальту в новых ботиночках и пальто. И ещё, световой день увеличился, а это очень воодушевляет. Кажется, даже дышать стало легче. У меня, наконец, появляется желание и возможность творить. И, надеюсь, скоро вы все увидите результат моей работы. Пока не скажу какой 🤫. ⠀ Кстати, я прочитала пару классных книг и скоро выставлю отзывы к ним. Меня все больше манят Книги с волшебством, магией, сказкой. Хочется читать что-то положительное в такую чудесную погоду. И петь, и танцевать, и смотреть мюзиклы ( как жаль, что Кирилл их не любит, аж засыпает под любой мюзикл 😹) . Кстати, скоро у нас с Кириллом 6 лет, как мы вместе, 20 Апреля. ⠀ Фух, вроде все высказала, выписала, что хотела. Коронавирус. 2 недели школьных каникул Уважаемые мамы и папы, школьники, с 5 октября в большинстве московских школ начинаются плановые осенние каникулы. В части школ они начинаются несколько позднее и обычно длятся одну неделю. ❗️По рекомендации санитарных врачей, с учетом осеннего подъема простудных заболеваний и роста выявленных заболеваний ковидом, мною принято решение увеличить продолжительность осенних каникул до двух недель и провести их одномоментно во всех школах - с 5 по 18 октября. Для того, чтобы в этот период избежать лишних контактов и не подвергать детей риску заболеваний, на две недели приостановят работу учреждения дополнительного образования и детские досуговые организации, находящиеся в ведении Правительства Москвы. В период каникул дистанционных занятий не будет. Однако школьники смогут повторять пройденный и по желанию изучать новый материал с помощью Московской электронной школы. Детские сады (дошкольные группы) продолжают работать по обычному графику. Очень прошу родителей разъяснить детям, что каникулярное время лучше всего провести дома или на даче. А если выходить гулять - то во двор или в ближайший парк. Не следует ради развлечения посещать торговые центры и кататься на общественном транспорте. Это очень важно. На сегодня значительная часть заболевших, нередко бессимптомно - это дети. Приходя домой, они очень легко передают вирус взрослым и пожилым членам семьи, которые болеют гораздо тяжелее. Be grateful It sounds so easy. And for some it might be. For some not so much. But when you start with training yourself to be more grateful, it will become easier and easier. Writing down where you are grateful for every morning, evening or both could be a good practice. I, myself am not very good in writing it down every day. A note on caffeine. ⁣ ⁣ There is a strong importance to limiting ourselves to 1 caffeine drink daily. Many of us have become reliant on coffee as a life source, unable to function without 2, 3 or even 4 cups a day. It’s addictive tendencies consume us, and we feel withdrawal without it. ⁣ ⁣ Upon waking up in the morning, cortisol levels spike, meaning our bodies are provided with sufficient energy to power through the day. ⁣ ⁣ Though that cup of coffee first thing in the morning does provide an instantaneous jolt, it increases cortisol at it’s already high point, which can negatively impact hormonal balance, insulin production, immune response, deep sleep, and cause weight gain. Cortisol is necessary for our health; however, the problem is when we are constantly drinking coffee, our body is continuously producing cortisol, throwing off the raw cycles in our bodies. ⁣ ⁣ For some, coffee can be beneficial, as it does stimulate acid production and may help those who struggle with depression. But, the best time to drink it is not upon waking. The best time is to drink a cup after breakfast, between 9:30 AM and noon, when your cortisol levels typically drop, and not past then. ⁣ ⁣ If you find yourself reaching for more than one cup a day, your body may have come to use caffeine as a crutch and has thrown off it’s natural wake-up mechanisms. ⁣ ⁣ My advice:⁣ - Sleep 7-9 hours at night, falling asleep before 11 PM.⁣ - Quality is just as important as quantity. Promote restful sleep by taking a highly absorbable Magnesium supplement, powering off electronics, drinking herbal tea, or taking an Epsom salt bath before bed.⁣ - Drink 1 Liter of water upon waking. We lose water as we sleep and most commonly wake up dehydrated.⁣ - Slowly wean yourself off of coffee and try drinking green tea or matcha. These have calming properties with similar amounts of caffeine as coffee.⁣ - Be patient and motivated. You may feel headaches, fatigue, and lethargy. Here are a few a quotes from their discussion: Doula means servant to a woman, so anytime I’m serving a woman, I’m douling. It’s not limited to birth for me. It’s supporting women and holding loving space and peeling the layers and seeing what’s present for them in making that decision. It’s really understanding how to navigate and understand what our human experience is, and also realizing that we are a soul—and a lot of the work that I offer, layered on top of what I’ve been taught, is that idea of universal love and that we are all love. WMN Circle and the work I offer one-on-one with my clients is really moving through any of the blocks and limiting beliefs and judgments that really separate us from knowing that we are love. I work with women one-on-one all the time who are not pregnant and may never have children, and we do beautiful work together because I believe as women we’re all birthers, we’re all creators. You fought your condition for so long and I dedicated every single minute I had to you give you everything you needed...I was your helicopter dog mum. Then, Friday night, I knew you weren’t well. Driving to the vet in the early hours of the morning, everything was calm. It was cold, drizzling rain, the moon was big and beautiful. Our favourite weather. You were rugged up in your blanket in my arms - warm as toast - and ‘Tears in Heaven’ came on the radio. I knew at that very moment this would be our last drive together. I held you until your last breath and we sat there, just you and me, listening to the rain as I told you how much I loved you. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect way to spend our last minutes together. Спустя год пишу наконец 9-ю часть своей автобиографии.) Предыдущие части под июльскими постами 2019 г.) Про партнерство с Леной @helenakovalenko .) После того знакового с откровенными разговорами для нас обеда и истории винных ранункулюсов, мы стали все чаще общаться. Помню я пригласила Лену в гости, у меня как раз был дикий новогодний декор. Приготовила скрамбл с вялеными томатами на зерновом тосте, а Лена пришла в инстаграмной юбке в пайетках, чтобы сделать на моем балкончике фото, от меркантильная женщина. Тогда мы впервые и заговорили о том, чтобы начать какой-то совместный проект. А тем временем, в бардачке, уже давно пылился написанный с коучем проект из моего подсознания (только потом стало понятно, чистой воды @the_blosssom ), но я не придавала ему значение, ведь там все так было непонятно, никакой взаимосвязи между желаемыми пунктами, но, видимо, всему свое время. Помимо моего хирургического прошлого, а у Лены управления тур.агенством, она увлекалась фотографией, а я в то время сильно любила снимать видео. Купила я камеру, оптику, ноут и начала брать уроки сразу у продюсера видеографа. 😅 В общем решили, что будем на пару фотографировать и снимать. 🙈 Наивные.)) - @inessgorkess on Instagram

If youve been feeling down lately (so literally everyone), then allow Talia Hibbert to make you feel better - if you havent already! I realise Im extremely late to the party, but if youre a fellow late party-goer then pick up a copy, stat! Im still not sure how I feel about the steamier parts of romcoms being read out-loud to me... but the audiobook experience is also excellent, Adjoa Andoh is a fab narrator. . After a near brush with death, chronically ill computer nerd Chloe Brown decides she needs to get a life. So she does what she does best: makes a list. The first item is moving out of her familys mansion and renting her own place. But she soon realises she might need a little help with some of the other items on her get-a-life list. So she recruits Red Morgan (superintendent by day, artist by night, looks intimidating but has a heart of pure gold) to give her some guidance - and a ride on his motorbike (item 3 on the list). . Okay, Im still fairly new to romcoms so I dont have an extensive frame of reference, but Talia Hibbert writes sexual tension SO. WELL. The steamy scenes were 👀🔥 But the cute scenes were equally well written - Red is such a sweetheart! And I 100% want to be best friends with Chloe! I took my time listening to this one because it made me feel so happy and I wanted to parcel out the happiness. There was a chapter made up of email exchanges between Chloe and Red and it made me want to cry with happiness as they bantered back and forth. But then towards the end Hibbert got VERY real and ended up making me cry for real which??? I dont remember giving her permission to do that but I immediately forgave her. . And if youre like me and can’t stand when half the plot hinges on miscommunication, fear not! These characters might be stubborn and snarky but they talk to each other, even when things get tough. And this book has received so much well-deserved praise for its representation and handling of fibromyalgia, which Chloe suffers with, as well as domestic abuse. Hibbert does a brilliant job balancing the more serious side with the fluffy side! . Long story short: read this book, be reminded that there is joy in the world ❤ - @ab_reads on Instagram

Hejka, cześć! Post miał być jutro, ale czemu nie dzisiaj?!😊 Dawno mnie tu nie było, zarówno w postach jak i na story. Koniecznie dajcie znać co u was słuchać i co czytacie? A ci co już mają zajęcia w szkole to niech też dadzą znać jak to wszystko wygląda i jak się czują w tej sytuacji! U mnie nie zmiennie bardzo dużo pracy i mało czasu na czytanie. Obecnie uważam, że będzie dobrze jak uda mi się przeczytać dwie książki w tym miesiącu. A z takich ogłoszeń dotyczących profilu to dzisiejsze zdjęcie jest ostatnie z serii słabo jakościowych, od następnego postu będą pojawiać się w identycznej jakości jak sprzed mojego wyjazdu. Jeżeli czekacie na muzyczną playlistę do czytania to cały czas ją tworzę, mam nadzieję że uda mi się wyrobić z tym do końca września. Niestety tworzenie jej jest o wiele trudniejsze niż myślałam, jest to coś zupełnie innego od playlisty do auta czy na Sylwestra gdzie można dodać sobie losowe rytmiczne piosenki. Ich habe eigentlich gedacht, dass wir in einer Zeit leben, in der das konservative Bild der Frau, die zuhause bei ihrer Familie bleibt, sich um Kinder, Mann und Haushalt kümmert, nicht mehr allzu präsent ist und als einziges Dasein des weiblichen Geschlechts gesehen wird. Und erstaunlicher Weiße, musste ich mir gerade von Frauen viel Kritik darüber anhören, dass ich nur sechs Monate in Elternzeit bin/war und mein Freund, die restlichen sechs Monate zuhause bei unserer Tochter bleibt. Man muss dazu auch sagen, dass sich viele Männer es überhaupt nicht vorstellen können, beruflich zurück zu stecken und eine Zeitlang Vollzeitpapa und Hausmann zu spielen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass Tim und ich in diesem Punkt, die selben modernen und feministischen Ansichten teilen ♥️ @tim.sienknecht. Wir fühlen uns jedenfalls gut mit unserer Entscheidung und das ist die Hauptsache! Sowie es weiterhin klassische Familien mit Frau zuhause und Mann bei der Arbeit geben wird, sollte es auch andersrum ohne Kritik akzeptiert werden.
