So here’s how my day went.... 1. Worked out 2. Showered and dressed all cute for apple picking 3. Left for apple picking and got a FLAT TIRE 😶🚨 4. Detoured to fix flat tired 5. Sat in 2 hours of traffic on the way to the apple orchard 6. Went to a beautiful apple orchard for apple picking (masks on), where I enjoyed the best apple cider donuts, corn, wine and family 🌽🍎 It’s not where you start but where you finish that counts. 💗 Grateful we were able turn things around and have an amazing day. 🌱 что по вегетарианству? Уже больше 3х месяцев я не ем мясо. Первые два месяца я придерживалась веганства, позже всё-таки на короткий период вернула сыр. После отказа от молочки моментально похудело лицо/сдулись щеки. Конечно у меня всегда будут мои щеки/скулы, но визуально друзья заметили разницу. Из плюсов: ощущение невесомости и энергия, улучшилось настроение, качество кожи и пропала аллергия, так как питание было чистым/здоровым. Иногда ооочень редко могла позволить морепродукты или сыр. Не горжусь этим. Научилась готовить много всего нового. Кстати я ем также сливочную пасту с грибами, только сливки заменила на кокосовое молоко. Бургеры ем веганские. В Крыму попробовала сааамый вкусный бургер, уверена он даст фору даже многим мясным. Из минусов: Мне сложно насытиться веганской едой, из-за чего порции стали больше, сама того не замечая, начала есть очень много хлеба. Брускетты с авокадо, тосты с сыром, хлеб с хумусом в нереальных количествах. Если в начале вес стремительно уходил, то сейчас он встал, думаю в таком темпе наберу 4 кг. Я всегда ем очень много. Когда я пишу вам, что ем салат, то это обычно 7 помидоров и огурцов 😂 Какой-то богатырский аппетит проснулся. В этом месяце моя цель - подобрать более сытный рацион, пробовать готовить на неделю, есть меньше хлеба (тут не знаю как получится хех) А что думаете вы?)) 💜 С тебя сиреневый эмоджи 👇🏼 - @sarah_sarangova on Instagram

When I left my parents home, I lived my life in a 3x3 bedroom moving house to house, suburb to suburb. Meeting new roommates, the good, the bad, and the ‘psycho’ (lol but that’s a story for another day). People made me feel uncomfortable about my living situation and it‘s sad that I kinda actually cared. It used to hurt when they shamed me for it, but now I couldn’t be prouder of my growth.
